Do y'all ever watch Charles Stanley? I think he got a neck lift. His neck got to where it was sagging more and more over the years. I watched it as it sagged. I paid more attention to his neck than his sermons. Lately, I noticed the sag was gone. I'm sure he had a neck lift.

I used to listen to the radio a lot, but kind of got out of the habit.

I get two stations at my house. One is a country station so it's ok (never listen to it) and the other is something I don't like so the only time I get to listen to the radio is in my car. If I find someone I like I buy their CD's. Joyce Meyer has a new book out called People Pleasing (correct me if I'm wrong). I contacted them to find out if it is out on CD but it is not. Rats, I would have bought it. I have too many books to read now, I don't need to buy another one.
I don't know Charles Stanley but the name sounds familiar. As to the neck lift since it was being so carefully watched over the years by a certain Golden Eagle I'm sure it is true. He probably feels 20 years younger. Good for him.

I used to listen to somebody named Pierce (I forgot his first name) back in the 70's on the radio. He had a soothing voice, the way some men do, and was a pleasure to listen to. I think he had music with his sermons.

My daughter Mandy, has read some of John Piper's stuff and I've heard him quoted a lot. I have found his books to be sort of dry, too deep for my liking.

I just checked out that webpage Day and saw something about how Christains should relate to folks of other faiths. I've always wondered that myself. I always wondered how my dermatologist, who is Jewish, feels about my cross I wear around my neck. There's no way I'm going take it off for anybody but I just wondered. I knew a Jewish woman who saw my cross and I've seen vampires who were more OK with it.
