Hi everyone I haven't been around for awhile so I am out of the loop. I will try to pop in more regularly from now on.

Oh wow .... how gorgeous

I know, that you guys experience LOTS of it
and that therefore.... it can become, a little too-much

But truly said, we could REALLY ENJOY a couple of weeks of such sunshiney temp's

We won't be breaking out the AC yet.
It will be cooling again, and we could see frost/ snow through May.

It just came in so fast; thankfully it isn't very humid!

Last year I actually lived without an ac in my room; the first time in years!
I loved having the fresh air and hearing the wild night sounds (only 1 window in that room).

There is an ac in the other bedroom if needed, and I do have one I can pop in if I change my mind.

Thankfully we got our walk in before lunch, when it was cooler

nice weather here... no ac no heat.. saving a bundle.

Hubby got called into work

I got my chores done, and our walk in...so I am heading out to get food.

Thanks....he had 4 days off, and another project came in to keep him busy the next 3 days and possibly next week too

He finally got a paycheck today, and we were just accepted for insurance assistance.
Our premium will drop from $1400/month to $232/month
Plus with the warmer weather and a lot of wood stored, we will be cutting our heat bill way down.
So things are looking up!

It is a good day ~ praise God, He is faithful!!

We are a lot alike Gail...I like quiet and solitude too...just don't have the energy for a lot more these days.

I am going to shower early...I was up again during the night...won't go to bed so early tonight...but chores did get done today.

The gold tone elements in this necklace came from a chain necklace I bought for a dollar...I took that apart and used those elements here...still have some more to play with.

I am thinking Dave should have had his surgery by now...I will be out to get my new glasses sometime today. Our weather is warming up a lot this week.

Yeah, Dave is 6 hours ahead of us I believe, so it is already evening there; hopefully he is preparing to come home

It is a lovely day here; so far no black bugs, so we got a good walk in

I will be cooking ahead today...brown rice, a chicken soup made from cornish game hen carcases , hard boiled eggs for snacks etc.
