Wow I can't believe no one posted all day. Where's dave ariel et all. Hope everyone is doing ok. Work was fine today but I am starting to feel the panci as formal classes end on June 13th. There seems an awful lot left to do in the two Grade 8 classes I support.

Yes it seems that the site is timing me out and signing me out before I finish composing
and...signing in again and clicking PROCEED
doesnt take me back to the post I was composing

What with all the ATTENTION I had been getting
from the moderator review scripts.......of, late
It is a little exasperating on-repeated occasion

No worries..... I WILL get-there in the end

LOL, Dave, it seems that some of us are more noticed than others...and are being monitored and shut out. OUCH. I'm sorry. I am told that all of this is due to bugs in the program--it has nothing to do with you personally.

When I tried using my IE server yesterday, I wasn't allowed on at all. Then I went to another server--no problems. I don't know what's going on.

I guess, I found these 'hiccoughs' exasperating, because,
I have no-tobacco indoors
I have been wearing my FIRST patch since 5pm last-night
and am now due, to change it, for, another one

I do feel, a little anxious [in form]
what-if, I get into withdrawal symptoms
and DONT HAVE, 'MY CRUTCH'
for, a 'quickie-undo' ??

Dave God bless in your efforts to quit smoking. I know it is hard.

I have been in a lot of pain lately so they did a CT scan and found I have a ruptured disc in my lower back. I am actually relieved to know what it is. It's the uncertainty of not knowing that is the worse. Now I know what I am dealing with. I guess I won't be doing all the yard work I had planned. I feel a change of plans coming on. LOL

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the day. It's beautiful here, not hot, not cold, just right.

So sorry to hear about this I know that can be very painful. I am praying for you to be restored and that you will not get discouraged at the changes of plans.

dave I was on about 10 minutes ago and mentioned how I used to have sign in troubles on another site. It got so bad I stopped visiting. I still get emails from them from time to time so I am in their system but could never get the sign in just right. lol.
Anyway I tried to post my message and I lost my internet completely. had to reboot the computer. Not sure what that was all about as things have actually been running pretty smooth for me here on CF. I usually have to resign in after upgrades and stuff that is all. Jan

Well, here is my second night!!!!

I am eating more

I have had a nibble at my finger nails OUCH

Mary is wary of my 'snapping' with moodiness
But I am pleased that I won't get so OUT OF HAND
That, just isn't written into my character

We havent had any smokers visit us
or-else I might have been offered/ teased
of-course I do realise that I dont spend so much money eating
as I did once smoking and it will get-easier to deal with
the longer I leave it alone

I have had several moments of extreme pressure
and one of these involved
my pushing a dining chair under the dining table earlier today
I did it with just my right hand and arm
but, as I kinda pushed/ pulled it
I felt a searing pain in the area of my OLD [long-healed] hernia wound
I could/ would have had several rollies since that happened
because I have received GYP
for hours afterwards and it still isnt without discomfort
BUT... I was strong and havent purchased any tobacco

It isn't easy.... I just have-to tell myself NO
that, it IS for the best
for me, for all those around me
and I will have some really special help, if, and/ or, when, times cut real-rough

Yep I too signed up for another site, at the invitation of a past member here
I made one or two visits there and for a while got emails from the site
that mentioned 'certain problems' having been ironed out
and certain improvements having been installed
But I didnt like 'something' about the site
and I have not been back there.. emails picked up theiir regularity
like you, I was 'registered with the system'
however, I was able to 'delete and block the emails'
and so I won't be hearing from them again

I havent in the past
had such problems with CF
Any disconcertation on my part would stem from
a LACK of similar-mentions from, other members

I run a CLEAN MACHINE,
so it is with some confidence that I can say
that it is NOT faulty settings on my side [within my 'set-up']
And,
whilst my thickened / stiffened fingers
might possibly ....mis-key... my password once or twice
for reason it's being STARRED_OUT onscreen, upon entry
the attention I 'pay' to 'getting it right'
should prevent operator error, being the reason
for, the 'lack of recognition at the door'

Whatever the cause of those troubles
I am still able,
although sometimes, WITH PERSISTENCE
to get in here
I won't let it get me down at-all
