How sweet Dave.
I feel bad that I miss some days here and there. I get caught up with things around here and then lose all track of time.
You are right. You all are not just virtual friends, but are real people.
I have come to care for you all in a very special way.
It really helps me get thru some bad days.
Thank you.

Well, being honest.... I have to say

just how much you guys HELP to fill my day

I never really know, just, in what way I am going to reach out to anyone

You are NOT just virtual friends, you are real people

each, with own families, friends lists, responsibilities, loves and lives

Like me, you FIND TIME, to come here and to chat
SOMETIMES, guardedly, often humourously
but, ALWAYS
with open-heartedness and empathy
and so-willing, to see someone 'overcome' whilst your own stuff
is placed on the 'simmer ring/plate'

The cameraderie, is as close
as that experienced by true siblings
and in many ways superior,
because of, a lifetime's experience, moderates our own handling
of compassionate understanding of, anothers experience

I am so grateful that my friend and sister 'Miggles'
brought me here to CF, where, 'over-time'
I have repeatedly [so-often] perceived, that 'this' was meant to be
that, I wasnt meant to be doing anything-else
that I was, ALWAYS, 'headed-here'
for, home, is where the heart is

~your best stuff is always accomplished better
when you are able to have your heart in the matter

The weather has turned colder and we are getting rain again. I guess we are making up for not getting the April showers.
All I know is that I am missing working in my garden. I get an hour here or there and then it will cloud up and rain.
It is getting closer to summer vacation for my girls. I love having them home, but the constant I am hungry will get alittle bit much over time. LOL

We I guess I better think of making dinner or I will hear lots of tummy growling tonight.

Keep an eye on the person in front of you.

Be very careful when passing someone going in the opposite direction.

Now just up a few steps. (they are on the left in the picture)

Gets a little steeper here - so put your toes in the holes.

A few more steps to go.

Finally in sight.

This restaurant is in China.
If you manage to reach the restaurant the food is free.

I would never make that trek for anything if I did I would be too shaken up to eat knowing I had to do it all again to get back down.

It started to rain very heavily early this morning around 1 am. I woke up because the crows were making a commotion. Usually they don't get started till around 4:30 or so. Anyway it became quite a loud and boisterous thunder storm. It tapered off and the afternoon today was dry but we still have lots of very dark clouds around so won't be surprised if it happens again. It is still cool weather here and it will rain later.
I'm trying to get the house ready for our son's visit next month. He lives in Az.
This is the son who wasn't able to come last year. We are so looking forward to him coming. He will be here for 10 days. We will take lots of pics.

expend all your energy getting there
offloading all that water content as perspiration
then there is the snack* that is to power you up for the return journey
SOMEONE.... has to get that food up-there
I wouldnt look towards a Three Course Meal or a wine cellar
NOT up-there ! LOL

I need, Jesus arms....
when I just go up some steps these days
and that is a little-bit further
than 150 yards I am sure of, that!

that she LOST her computer in a storm a while back
and that she is looking to post here again

We can all look-forward to that
Let us pray that she gets a new [another] PC soon

Hello, I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was great. The special Olympics was a lot of fun. My grandson did a good job.

Congrats to your grandson msdance. The Special Olympic torch was ran through the county I live in on Teusday.

It's already 9PM here. I don't know where the evening went. See you all tomorrow.
Dave, thank-you for your help. I tryed to send it through the link you left me but my default email is yahoo so I was back to square one. I will have to open a hotmail account or just send it in an attachment but I look forward to trying the slide-show. I always wanted to do that.
