Hello all,
Hey Dave I know just how you feel. I have a cat who thinks 4AM is feeding time. Some mornings I want to throw that food across the room at him. But I love him and wouldn't do that.

So hello to everyone and good morning. I am remembering in prayer the families and students at NIU. I was very upset that my local paper has hidden this story on page 3 everyday. That really upsets me but I guess it is because I am so tired and angry that this seems to be a epidemic in our schools. I start to cry just thinking about it.

Yes our dog know when it is time to get us going fortunately she likes to sleep till at least 7:30 the problem is only on weekends when i like to stay in bed a bit longer.

The story is pertinent but upsetting but perhaps there is concern about copy cat or sensationalizing these things. They do seem to be happening with greater and greater frequency. Jan

My dog Rusty at almost 2 months old gets me up every morning between 6 and 6:30A.M. crying for breakfast (and to go potty). Of course, he still gets me or my wife up at least once during the night to go potty as well. I'd forgotten how much fun it is to bring up a child...LOL

Sorry to hear that. I hope the rest will have you tip top soon. I too am home today usually go to church but my son and i spent 6 hours in emerg last night so he needed to rest and I needed to keep an eye on him.

So sorry to hear you had a mishap. I pray all is well now. Emergency rooms are the worst!

Not fun at all but it was a stretching experience for my son. He was very anxious so we worked on relaxation and deep breathing to calm him down. I have stayed home again with him today as he is still having a bit of bleeding. I think by tomorrow he can go to his grandmas or even stay here alone I am only 3 blocks away atwork and could pop back to check on him at coffee breaka nd lunch. Hi everyone still sunny and lovely here but very frosty this am. Had to scrape down the car windows and one of my car locks was frozen completely shut. Good think the drivers side opened ok as I was trying to do several things before heading to work and was already running late. Jan

Amadeus2: Where abouts in Oklahoma. My mom's family are from the Blackwell area. Wheat farming runs in her family tree. Mom, age 84, is still with us (PTL) and her cousins' children are running the farms. I have some memories of the farms when the parents took us as children to Oklahoma. I remember the taste of fresh raw milk.
