I had bought the tea bags but not reallly used them. Then a week ago I went to a special showing of AMAZING GRACE the movie and then afterward a talk about the dalits(untouchables) in India. The host church had lots of goodies including the best masalla chai tea I have ever had. When late saw the tea bags in my cupboard I got inspired to heat the milk and get going on making it. jan

The coffee's hot and life goes on...
Thank God that I am here and breathing

Without Him.... I would be so lost

but, times do, arise, and which, throw us down
and torment our constitution
how? why? do others feel deprived/ hurt/ vengeful
when all, you have done, is to love them ?

We are, what we are,
we have, that which we have been blessed with
what the Lord gives, He, can also take away
NOT 'our-will' but, His, be done
Still, we must go-on.... are we less than before
can we aqquit our responsibilites efficaciously

Our future will ALWAYS be uncertain
only He, knows where we can find ourselves
we have only hope, our FAITH in His Love
for, without Him we have nothing, and will die forever

I have often, wondered, just why it is
that, many-people walk around with their eyes closed
or-else, fail to read all that their eyes encounter
[no names... no pack drill]

There was, for, whatever reason [?]
lots of complaints being-made
concerning the number of, "games" being played here
by a member
by reason of, It's not about fellowship or, God
and also THAT THEY 'the games'
would, quickly, push the "DECENT FELLOWSHIP" out-of-sight

Whilst trawling the various threads here, as a guest
I am amazed to find, that SAME-MEMBER
has OP'd a thread here in GE
That doesn't anywhere consider theological matters
indeed, it [that thread]
concerns, one-of, that-member's illnesses
and, an abstract pleasure

If, that, is called 'fellowship'
and, is not described,
by the words "hypocrisy or, hypocritical" then, I need to go back to school

So much for all the ranting eh ?

MEANING:
bigot

One entry found.

Hi Savedsis

We had SNOW forecast here [Manchester NW UK]
for yesterday
Thankfully, it failed to 'turn-up'
Today, is bright and sunny
although the temps have remained @ 35F. all-day
so, not so warm

Mary says; Winter [here] lasts through February
I seem to remember it being much milder and not so-wet
down there in Bristol [less than 190 miles]

Not sunny here today (weather)...I am sure will have some sunshine days though before long.....

Hugs for you, SavedSis and Dave, and if I could, I would send buckets and gallons of sunshine your way :)

It is bright and sunny here, although not warm--brrrr---33 degrees F (close to your 0 degrees Celsius, Dave). "Winter" in West Texas means lots of mixed weather. We could get snow tonight, but for now it is so nice to see the blue, blue sky.

I don't know if any of you saw this--early this morning, a wisp of a moon with two planets near it, Venus, (the brighter one) and Jupiter. I alway get a bit of vertigo when I look at the other planets and consider that we are in the same plane...I can definitely see that I am standing on the side of our earth!

:)

I have seen that for two or three nights now and it's amazing! We call the moon "God's thumbnail" when it appears to be a sliver like that.
I just had to stare at the wonderment in the heavens. I'm glad someone else saw it!

10 (a) 4 (b) 2 (c) 3 (d) 5 (e) 6 (f) 1

Now add up the total number of points.

OVER 60 POINTS
: Others see you as someone they should 'handle with care.' You're seen as vain, self-centered, and who is extremely dominant. Others may admire you, wishing they could be more like you, but don't always trust you, hesitating to become too deeply involved with you.

51 TO 60 POINTS
: Others see you as an exciting, highly volatile, rather impulsive personality; a natural leader, who's quick to make decisions, though not always the right ones. They see you as bold and adventuresome, someone who will try anything once; someone who takes chances and enjoys an adventure. They enjoy being in your company because of the excitement you radiate.

41 TO 50 POINTS
: Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting; someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding; someone who'll always cheer them u p and help them out.

31 TO 40 POINTS
: Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken.

21 TO 30 POINTS:
Your friends see you as painstaking and fussy. They see you as very cautious, extremely careful, a slow and steady plodder. It would really surprise them if you ever did something impulsively or on the spur of the moment, expecting you to examine everything carefully from every angle and then, usually decide against it. They think this reaction is caused partly by your careful nature.

UNDER 21 POINTS
: People think you are shy, nervous, and indecisive, someone who needs looking after, who always wants someone else to make the decisions & who doesn't want to get involved with anyone or anything! They see you as a worrier who always sees problems that don't exist. Some people think you' re boring. Only those who know you well know that you aren't.

Now forward this to others, and put your score in the subject box of your e-mail , like this:

Dr. Phil's Test, I'm...

Have a great Day!

WHEH!!! How scary was that test?

Well, I came through with flying colors so I can reveal my score at 42 was a relief. Thanks for the laugh.

To bad there wasn't a question regarding how long it takes one to answer each question LOL

Like the question on how you stand when talking to someone. I dont really do any of the above. I tend to hold an object in my hands so I just chose "clasping the hands".

Glad to see Ariel, you took the test first...that gave me some extra courage to give it a try.

LOL LOL LOL
