Similar to a pigeon...but I say they have better manners

Our Wood Pigeons have different plumage to the American 'Mourning Doves'
Only the young ones 'look similar' to your's
~just as there is a difference between Red and Grey Squirrels

G'day to all.

Sorry I have not been around much, I have been adjusting to life in "Kiwi country"
and unpacking, and well, just getting use to married life in general.

All is well, we might move back to the states together,
I am really happy about that, time will tell though.

It has been cool here, the locals say it is abnormal, but, I am enjoying it,
I do not do heat well at all.

I will try to post more, sorry I do not do it as much,
I DO love you folks even though I am not here too much.

Hello to everyone here. I'm so enjoying this season of having my son living with me. Living alone is not something I would choose, but I'm sure the time will come again when I'll be doing so again.

I fired one of my aides tonight. She'd worked for about two months, but I was never impressed. I don't regret letting her go, but I regret losing my temper. I wasn't an example of Christ's love there in the heat of the moment.

Good to see each of you here and doing well or at least doing. God bless you one and all with peace and good health.

It is cold here, but, that is nice for unpacking, and boy, do I have alot to do. It started with 130 boxes, now, I am down to about 15, so, I am getting there.

I am recovered from several weeks of cold and cough symptoms
and, just need the cracks inside my nose to finish healing
These have been bleeding [one one side] whenever I blow my nose

My time ONLINE is severely restricted/limited and will continue to be so [long term]
such, that I may often have-to 'catch-up', on some earlier posts
~whenever I get opportunity to go back and read them

If, I should miss a post directed at me...

Good morning Eagels. It sounds like most of us are on the mend. Praise God. I am still praying for each and every one of you as I begin to notice just how prayer changes things (as fast)! I haven't had a drink in over a week and am able to get up with Alan and Tim in the morning, pack lunches, serve breakfast and go about my daily chores. I haven't been able to do this since last April when I had my breakdown. I guess Juliette's illness weighed me down more than I knew...now that she is gone I am able to take care of other matters and I am feeling better than I have in months. Thank you all for your continued prayers. I love this group! Warm regards, Yvie

Good morning, or I guess, where most of you are, good afternoon.
Well, it is another cold rainy day, so unlike the weather the folks told me about for summer here. Oh well, I like it, it is like the January's back home, but then, they are in winter and we are "supposed" to be summer.
I am doing well and happy to see that most of you are as well. My little Collie pup is fine and into everything, she is a handful, but very cute.

Good to see you Susie...our weather is warming up...may reach the mid 70's, we have conflicting reports...This past cold snap got to me...guess I need the So Ca temps more than I thought.
We don't even really get cold compared to most of the USA...LOL.
