We cooked up some fall apples to have over pie crust.
Beautiful day, a little windy and this evening it is down right chilly.
Need a sweater to sit on the patio.
Sure have enjoyed the pictures that are put on here.

O boy, we are still in humid heat mode...the house is shut up because of criminals....lurking in the neighborhood. I cannot remember cool days as of now....but they must be coming...I hope.

Went to Mass, love the Monday Masses, it's quiter than Sunday which is good for prayer and meditation. It's rainy but warm, I'm a winter person myself so not long to go before the cooler weather arrives.

Later I hope to some guitar practice in, who knows I might even get beyond two strings

Even my 'cough' is a rarity too [for some time now in-fact]
So, it would seem that the 'meds' are, kicking my system into shape

I have a clinic appointment [Friday] where I will see a nurse [from the hospital]
at my local Health Centre
and also a hospital appointment, nearer the end of the month
where past tests will be repeated for comparison purposes
and further 'treatment adjustments', will be assessed

Yes, I feel much-improved [~symptom relief] since 'my state' in April this-year

It is cloudy, windy, and off to a very cool start here (40's) ....a hint of FALL is in the air

Yes, Gail Sis', it is very-comfortable ~my not having to strive 'for-breath'
Whether this is due to the Ramipril, or, the Beclametasone (or, both) [?]
But, for sure I am, able to fill my lungs and, get enough oxygen transferred

All in all, the treatment has been effective [even when, it did take a while, to notice]

This is very good news Dave....You were having a struggle earlier this year.

Boy, wish I could eat those yummy pies again...they are just too sweet for me now...I used to bake all the time...yeast breads and rolls....my kids were raised eating home made bread.

Love your weather Gail...it is 81 degrees inside my house, very stuffy...I am watering very dry ground outside. No real change in sight for us in So Cal.

I was up during the night because I got hot...we are not walking much. Then slept late this am....I don't like that but it happens.

Tomorrow I will be out for a med test and will do some errands...will try to keep cool today somehow.

LOL....hubby plays guitar...I tried when I was in my teens (enough said )

I indulged too much in carbs like that this past week (and pasta)....my weight is up and I feel yucky

Good to see the chatter here. I'm anxious today as I'm supposed to go for a sleep study tonight. I'm afraid I won't sleep enough to study. I have an adjustable bed here at home. Getting comfortable in a regular bed is an issue since my hip completely gave out. Oh, well, it is what it is.

We're having a stretch of divine weather here in my neck of the...city. LOL. I'll get out for a bit.

I hope to reassure you that they will make you comfortable.
My MIL at age 85 went through it great, and she had MANY issues with comfort given her health conditions!

On the other hand, I begged out of one for the same reasons AND also the probability that other things could be tried for my concerns at the time.
So we we skipped it, and had no further need to do it later (Thankfully LOL)

I think the mid 70's are nice...at least low 80's without Monsoon clouds...it is the monsoon effect that is so uncomfortable...I can see those clouds building up already in the east....we had a lot of lightning yesterday afternoon...some showers, not much.

I really prefer to be up very early too...feel all messed up with this weather and little exercise.

I want to go with hubby for his physical on Wednesday...he needs to pay more attention to his health.

When I agreed to do it, I was having more problems than now. I would almost doze off, then jump awake, but is seems to have resolved itself. But, I opted out once before so this time I'm going through with it.

I do that too....sometimes I wait and get encouragement from what the others are saying before I post my own thing. I have opened some windows to let fresh air inside....just have to do it for a while...I hear thunder and we have a breeze although it is not really cool...it is not really hot "right now". I have sprinklers running outside.
