I'm very happy to hear about progress on some recent prayer requests. My prayers will continue. In fact, as noted before, all of you are in my prayers every day whether you ask for prayer or not. All of us have needs, and our Heavenly Fathers knows them best of all. May God watch over us all.

You took a great picture, one like I would love to have for our two fur babies. Penny is such a beautiful dog, and she does remind me a lot of my little Hank. We just had our two at the groomer just recently, and I know what you mean about missing them. Hank also has some favorite toys that he carries around all the time. Our little Lucy doesn't care about toys at all.

We've been having severe thunderstorms here several times recently - mainly during the night. Some of them have had spectacular thunder claps that scare Hank and Lucy half to death. So, there is no sleeping here during a loud thunderstorm.

She plays with ALL her toys and we trip over them (scattered all over the house); it is worse than a child

Be safe in the storms ~ so far Penny isn't bothered by them

I am glad you are recovering and much stronger....

Yvie, I wouldn't have wanted to go to church either... I think churches should make giving each other their privacy part of their sunday school teaching... However, we have turned christianity into, "you tell me what's wrong with you and I'll pretend to be able to fix it."

My 'fur baby' is fine... she is a 2 year old Shih Tzu (Penny) and was at the groomers

Now she is home and ready to play

I must get myself organized and completley packed today...we are driving to Paso Robles sometime tomorrow...boy, I do not enjoy packing anymore.

All is well here after a busy start to my day, with chores and getting a walk in before the showers arrived.

My new washing machine is coming tomorrow (late afternoon).
I hope the delivery is not affected by the storms they are predicting; I have a ton of laundry to do

I'm off to get a haircut. Did you hear about the guy with seriously thinning hair who went to the barber? He asked the barber if there was a discount because of cutting less hair. Answer: no, because of the finder's fee.
