I think we both know that NOTHING in the videos shows anything more than Physiological reactions to peer pressure, and NOTHING overtly miraculous at all. A Cessationist has no problem at all dismissing it all as "herd reaction to group suggestion". Nothing like the OVERT miraculous found in the Biblical accounts. Just folks having a good 'ol religious time with others so inclined.

"Explaining it" when you have personally decided that it's not "Real" is therefore no problem at all.

I have 4 counter-examples to the "peer pressure" hypothesis. I just posted them here: Discussion between Tony Mobbs and Spirit Realm Investigator | chat.stackexchange.com (it is an ongoing debate I'm having with a reputable member of Psychology & Neuroscience StackExchange).

Every Pentecostal Charismatic Church Service I attended there was peer pressure to part of the in group. The peer pressure to be part of the in groups is part of every church I ever attended. For Baptists for example the behavior is baptism. Catholic Brethren, the Mass.

I wouldn't bother.

I did bother, for a while, and the best videos I could find were the following: A, B, C, D, E, F. These are examples of crazy fans in concerts. Unfortunately, the behaviors exhibited by these fans are not even close to the behaviors exhibited by people in religious settings, as in the 7 examples I shared before. If you know better examples from rock concerts, please feel free to share.

These videos you're sharing is a form of worship, and so are those of religious settings. It doesn't have to be religious in order for it to be worship. Different kinds of worship will exhibit different kinds of behavior, and such behavior will depend on what is the belief and what are the expectations of the group.

Is this mere speculation, or is this coming from my experience and observation? If what you want is an EEG chart explained by a research physician, then why are you in this forum? I don't think you're going to get that here.

Most are not, but several are similar, given that the rock concertgoers had the performer to focus their attention on, unlike the religious people shown swooning.
