How can they be if we are seated with Him in the heavenlies? You are describing the New Jerusalem which is the church but how can they be the city (church) when in Rev 4 occurs where it does? Before the day of the Lord?
Simple, John was 'caught up' to heaven and into the future to witness those events. The church is in the heavenly city at that time caught up just as John was. So, it is a pretty clear endorsement for the pre-trib rapture option.

Only the church earns the crowns as rewards, not angels.

Yes, I would go along with that. Remember that it was ego that got Lucifer booted out.
Who said that Lucifer ever resided in heaven? You are propagating a common myth within Christianity that originated with Augustine and spread as common doctrine but is NOT supported by scripture.

Lucifer is 'ben Shachar', not 'ben Elohyim'. Shachar is another Canaanite pagan deity that Lucifer was the 'son of'. He is not even an angel but a nephilim half-breed born post-flood. Shachar is mentioned as being 'ben Elohyim' in Job 38. Lucifer is just a Latin epithet of the pagan sun god of antiquity, ie Apollo son of Zeus in the Greek pantheon. Lucifer in the Latin is equivalent to Pheobus, an epithet of Apollo, in the Greek. The Romans even called the twin sister of Apollo, Diana Luciferah.

Scripture is also clear that MURDER was his 1st sin, not ego.

The demonic realm is NOT populated by fallen angels but by the offspring of fallen angels. ALL fallen angels are in prison, either in Tartarus or the 4 bound at the Euphrates. Peter and Jude make that very clear.

more than one way ^_^
An extension from dominion of the earth to the heavenlies isn't a poopoo thing. The verse says " what is man that deserves such an honor" Without Christ we are nothing. (you forget that Joshua commanded the sun and moon to stand still)
Joshua commanding the sun and moon was a slap in the face to the enemy who were worshipers of sun god and moon goddess as primary deities. It showed that Yah had authority over their pagan gods.

Because I’m not familiar with the concept involved I thought I’d resurrect an old thread for further discussion.
Au revoir and God bless
