Can people who disagree on abortion stop attacking each other?

But that's the thing: who gets to decide who deserves it and who doesn't?

What if I believe person X deserves the shame and stigma for something they did, but you do not?

God is the judge. You know by reading the Bible who deserves the stigma and shame, but only if you actually know who did it. And in the case of unjustifiable abortions, you will never know who those people are.

How many times do I have to tell you it is impossible for of any of us to know who is proud of an unjustified abortion?

You have to know she did it to shame her. Only people who personally know her would be aware of that fact.
How many times do you think you can avoid answering the question? If we know a woman is proud of her abortion, can we put any shame or stigma on her as Christians?

If we know the woman had an unjustifiable abortion and is proud of it, sure, we can shame her. But how do you know she had an unjustified abortion and is proud of it if you do not know her personally?

If I'm expressing shame I obviously know she was proud of her abortion, but thank you for finally attributing something bad to women who procure abortion. Wasn't that hard now, was it?

Ah, so all Christians will be in complete agreement over who deserves shame and stigma?

Aside from the fact that all Christians do NOT agree on this, can you show me where in the Bible it says that a True Christian (tm) is justified in shaming and stigmatizing someone?

Where did you get that idea from?
The Alabama judge who refused to take them off the courtroom wall was fired for that. I loved the article headline: "You shall not have a job."
Not sure how you can read that you loved a headline making light of someone's loss of job as not loving the fact that they lost their job. But maybe you just love the article purely and have no opinion whatsoever of the loss of job. Who knows.

How do you know s\he was proud of her abortion? How do you know she was not in a life crisis at the time of her pregnancy diagnosis and forced to make an abortion decision? How do you know she was not using contraception that failed? How do you know she did it for convenience?

You did not have to wait this long to figure out I am totally opposed to "convenience" abortions. I always hated them and have been clear about that throughout this thread.

How do I know the person in my hypothetical question was proud of her abortion? How do I know she did it for the sake of convenience? Gee I wonder how I would know how the person in my hypothetical thinks.

As for you hating abortion of convenience. Your hatred of them does not stop your support for them being legal.

Yes but HOW do you know? It's not like you made the parameters for the example and the person is a figment of YOUR imagination thus even if you came up with a reason for why they were proud of the abortion immediately while reading this sentence it would actually still be true since it in fact is your imagination

Thanks for finally accepting the point of my question: that there is no way to know.

When all of the necessary items and programs pregnant girls and women need before and after childbirth are readily available free with no strings attached, I can totally oppose the legality of all convenience abortions. But so far I have not seen a single conservative voter support any of them during all my years of voting for Democrats. So wanting to reduce the number of abortions actually is one reason I am a liberal voter.

Are we unable to indulge hypotheticals based on people in the real world? I mean I gave an example from the website shout your abortion. Why not take them at their word, that these women are proud over having controlled their reproduction and ending the life of their children? Do you think it impossible that a woman somewhere could be proud of having had an abortion?

I accepted nothing. I in fact gave you an example from reality of a woman who was proud of having an abortion. She didn't do it out of emotional distress or medical concerns either. That you can't imagine there are people who don't think like you tells me you have a limited understanding of humanity. If a man might feel pleasure by skinning a cat, why not think a woman might feel indifferent to murdering her child?

So you want society to incentivize women to have promiscuous relationships that result in pregnancy out of wedlock?

Where did you get that stupid idea from? That is the exact opposite of what I said.

There is no such thing as an unborn baby. I already explained before the word "baby" requires birth. In addition, no zygote, blastocyst, or embryo can feel pain. Suffering starts sometime during the fetal stage. Abortions are rare and for medical reasons after 12 weeks.

Doctors specifically call it an unborn baby. We see this repeatedly, over and over, in article after article about pregnancy.

What I want to see is Scripture where Jesus clearly identified people we must treat terribly, doing the exact opposite of the Golden Rule.

But in your opinion that “golden rule” doesn’t apply to unborn babies. You would have 100 innocent babies killed to prevent 1 innocent person from being inconvenienced.

I’m willing to bet that you have always referred to an unborn baby as a baby. Do you go around congratulating people on their unborn zygote or fetus? Or do you say congratulations on your new baby? Have you ever attended a fetus shower or a zygote shower?

Then by that same logic you should present a verse that says we aren’t required to apply that golden rule towards unborn babies. 99% of aborted pregnancies are the result of consensual sexual intercourse. So your plan kills 100 innocent babies to protect 1 innocent person.

On the patient's medical records? That is totally different from talking to the patient.
