And no I'm not only talking about the 7 year tribulation, because if it were only because 2 Thessalonians 2 happens that the man of sin has to be fully manifested before people believe that Satan has the ability even now to do things, then Jesus wouldn't have had to pray for us nor would he have said to Peter Satan desires to sift you as wheat but i have prayed that your faith not fail

We are very curious and are easily deceived with things that we know nothing about. The thing is the further away you are from God the less you can discern with whom are you dealing. Been there and i don't recommend it for anyone. Keep you eyes on God, He loves you and will take care of you. The enemy knows only how to lie, steal, kill and destroy.

another thing, men are going to attribute darkness for light, evil for good, bitter for sweet and they are going to blame/curse/attribute the works which will happen upon the earth (when HE who holds all things back no longer holds things back) in error to GOD

Because they can't discern even now to make the right judgement between what is from GOD and what isn't

And because they can't discern, they don't repent of their dark works and their black arts

I don't think anyone here is saying that Satan has power that "rivals" God's. But, just because Satan doesn't have a rivaling power doesn't mean he has no power at all.

Especially if we open the door for him to come through, like dabbling in objects known for such invitations, like the Ouija board.
