Can I turn off pets so they stop givingmy browser a heart attack?

Extremely frustrating. Certaibn thread will take forever to load and scroll through. Shut off Avs, Sigs and images, not the problem. That leaves pets. And there's always pets in the threads that suddenly decide to irrevecobly become inaccesable. Used to be able to turn them off in CF1, how do I do it in CF2?

If you got firefox you can install a plugin called Adblock, and then block them from there. They are flash-based I think, and I guess you would need to disable flash to not see them, but flash is handy for a lot.

Anyone on staff care to answer if I can turn off pets like I used to be able to? Week and a half now without a staff response so I really shouldn't complain. Last bug report was ignored for over 3 months (with constant bumps) before a non-staff member helped me out.

Any wonder I stopped financially supporting the site. If I can't get your support, why should you get mine?

I don't see any way to turn them off in the UserCP, but the AdBlock definitely works... took me months to figure out why I could see them in IE and not in Firefox... finally turned off my AdBlock just for CF and it worked.

Adblock will work, but it's a pain for when you switch between wanting to see em vs not see em.

(Example Main account i want to see em so I can feed / use em, but on a sock account, I just want forum speed)
