Link not working? unfortunately there will be a lot of low income people who will no longer be working when the border opens and newly arriving illegals will be treated to catch and release, likely will mostly impact those minimum wage workers who voted for Biden because they had hopes he would make their life better .

Make hiring undocumented human beings a felony, then.

why? The laws we have now are not being enforced against employers. Have you forgotten that we have political leaders who were found in the past to have employed illegal workers? AND if I had to guess I would bet they still do.

Right, deport undocumented workers and make it “too expensive” for potential employers to hire them, either directly with fines, or, for scofflaws, real jail-time with a felony conviction.

Many of the "employers" who are "hiring" these illegals, are illegals themselves. They don't necessarily run conventional businesses because... well .. they just don't have much regard for U.S. laws. How does your plan of fining them work exactly?

I thought the problem was that low income US workers get pushed out of their jobs?

The rest of the country can’t be held responsible for those low paid workers poor life choices that mean they have bad jobs.

They had every opportunity to work harder at school to get better jobs but they chose not to.

That’s on them. Blaming other people for not taking personal responsibility of their financial future is bogus.

It is not that simple, first you have to have schools that provide an education that prepares kids to get into higher education. Look at the quality of high school educated kids in our lower income neighborhoods. There are environment issues that need to be resolved before we can place all the blame on individuals. School vouchers would help those who want to make something out of themselves to attend schools that would allow them to do so but liberals are not in favor of school vouchers. We also need to address the crime in low income neighborhoods, it is hard to duck bullets and get good grades at the same time. Where are the highest crime levels, look at cities run by liberals. So when it becomes a priority to those in power we will see improvements for those who are now limited in their ability to get higher paying jobs.

It seems that people in rural areas have bigger education problems than people in urban areas.

That article indicates that rural area have a higher percentage of high school graduation and a higher percentage of college enrollment, I do not see a problem.
The college enrollment given in the article is 59 % for rural areas and 62 % for urban areas.

Please show evidence where vouchers has benefited public schools.

A lot of these guys make more than low income US workers.

That doesn't really answer my question though.

evidence, is evidence required to know that a parent given the opportunity to select a school for their child would not select the very best school they could find? Is evidence required to prove that some schools are far more successful at educating than others?

The purpose of vouchers isn't to benefit public schools. It's to benefit the students.
Please show evidence where it has benefited public school students.
