I've got two tickers now in my signature to help motiviate me. I'm tracking my weight loss and my activity level. I googlemapped the trail I take and it's 1.1 miles (although it feels a lot longer than that...) each way. Somedays I walk it, some days I bike it. The offroad trail I take is a lot shorter but it's uphill on the way in so it's much more cardio.
I'm super glad my body is adjusting to bike rides. The seat doesn't hurt anymore.
And I've lost a total of 5lbs this week. That brings the total since I started in late January to 35lbs! I'm determined to keep going as long as it takes to get all the weight off. Even if it takes a while. They say slow weightloss is the best.
