Biden heckled over Obama-era deportations, tells protester 'You should vote for Trump'

A seemingly frustrated Joe Biden advised a protester to "vote for Trump" Thursday after being confronted about the Obama administration’s record on deportations.

Biden seemed to lose his cool when Carlos Rojas, an immigration activist with a group called Cosecha Movement, pointed out that more illegal immigrants were deported during Obama's first two years as president than during Trump’s.

That was a great answer. I wouldn't put up with protesters either. If they asked honest questions that pertained to what I would do, then fine, I'd do my best to answer. But if they were there to just be obstructive, "go vote for the other guy."

Sometimes I wonder if the Democrats secretly want Trump to win. They seem to be working overtime to drive away as many people as possible.

Yes, because of course someone who is truly afraid of being deported, is going to go to a televised political rally and publicly identify as an illegal immigrant. This notion that illegal immigrants live in constant fear of deportation - nothing could be further from the truth.

The deportations under Obama were largely of illegal immigrants apprehended at the border, which the President has little discretion over anyway. But that's the point. This protester wanted Biden to commit to stopping all deportations, even of the most heinous criminals. Well, what do you know, Biden will only bend so far. He's far from showing the same spine on the issue that Trump has, but it is what it is...
