I've been playing WoW for a year, and that is the longest I have ever played any mmo.

I bought Guild Wars but found it boring. Didn't get the expansions, though... maybe they made it more fun? Meh.

GW is great if you create a PvP character. If you just like to do PvE it's pretty weak.

Incidentally anyone playing Warhammer Online? I got it about a week ago and it has potential. Of course EA, if they are true to their usual way of doing things will destroy any potential it has, but still...

Really? Casue I really like the PvE in Guild Wars. Sure Factions was kind of lackluster, but other than that, I thought the Campaigns were great.

I've never played WoW though I did play Warhammer during the beta and it was good. Certainly better than free MMORPGs. I liked it better than Guild Wars as well.

There are Christian Guilds for both Warhammer and World of Warcraft. Redeemed plays Order on the Red Eye Mountain server in Warhammer . In World of Warcraft Redeemed can be found on the Stonemaul PvP realm playing Alliance and Mustard Seed Conspiracy can be found on the Blade's Edge PvE realm.

I like GW's PvE, specifically the missions, but also the battle style (the mobs of different monsters that support each other). Plus I like the fact that it's more balanced, as gears' stats are capped and lvl 20 is easily reached. It's fun if you have a goal. Or else you may just be wandering around.

Playing Warhammer now and I find that I actually enjoy PvP this time. Kind of reminds me of playing UT when defending the fort. The RvR takes place in certain areas (which are also for certain levels so you don't have high levels dominating), as opposed to being transferred to another map. The game is still a bit new right now, so it's somewhat buggy...but I can see myself getting more into PvP when I haven't in other games. They have a open party system where people have the option of making their party public. Which means anyone can invite themselves. Good for people who don't know anyone, but want to RvR.

I played RO for 4 years. I love the game style compared to the 3d MMOs out there. But the community is so small that drama is right around the corner... Plus there are major balance issues, which makes it very starter-unfriendly.

I played WoW a few months. Well...I think Warhammer is pretty similar to it, except that Warhammer made a few changes here and there. WoW is definitely more developed in gears...but that's to be expected. um...I also prefer WoW's skill system more (more skills and you can buy higher levels).

I have been playing Warhammer Online for over a year now, and have enjoyed the game experience even though I had to suffer through the various patch fixes and character nerfs.

Of any MMO game I have played this one had the most potential to be great. The world is rich, after a year I still find things I haven't seen before. But Mythic is hard to figure out in the sense of what they want the game to be and if they are actually trying to save it.

But I will keep playing as long as it last.

WoW hands down. Now I haven't played since the new expansion came out, but I have never played any video game so religiously and I honestly hope I never will again ;) I have Guild Wars, but after really getting into WoW, there just isn't another game that I have found that can match it.
