Not for me to judge, but we have gone off topic my apologies Sam.
What is your view on the story of the girl who claimed she left the devil and the occult for God and claimed Benny Hinn predicted she would get out?

Not for me to judge, but we have gone off topic my apologies Sam.
We know all we need to know........Hinn is not WOF, years ago he may have tried to use the Word of Faith movement for his own purpose.
So this is just one more ignorant statement about a movement people judge because they don't know jack about what the topic is.
More than a few charlatans and their mislead followers have tried to use your reference to Psalm 105:15 to scare people away from criticizing those who teach a false gospel and holding them to accountability. Each time they do this, they completely misrepresent that passage. It is serious business to touch God's anointed,God will deal with fakes or his anointed that falls into sin.
I have followed Walter Veith on his teaching ,from evolution to the big bang and the battle of the Bibles.
Recently I noticed the SDA promoting the New King James.
I was a bit shocked due to the teaching being King James as long as I remember.
On Ellen White all I can say is God's Word is of no private interpretation.
So your interpretation of God's Word is not a private one, but hers is? Was the founder of you faith's interpretation of God's Word a private one?
The SDA General Conference does not dictate which bible is used, that issue is up to the individual.
Your first statement needs clarification as Walter Veith is a creationist who teaches against evolution.

Of course, this all based upon a questionable assumption that they were ever "anointed" in the first place.
There may be a rule in the wof forum that prohibits folks from criticizing the idols and false teachers of word-faith, but there is no such rule here.

How can I determine if her story is valid?
I simply take her word for it ,rather than calling her a liar.
Without having a complete understanding of events I cannot make a reasonable assumption.
What is your view on angela greenig?
I am very cautious about deliverance ministry.
My view is we have authority in the name of Jesus,so I don't talk to devils and spirits.
The devil is a liar anyway.
The topic of this thread is "Benny Hinn". Each one of those links I posted about wof discussed Benny Hinn in them somewhere. Just because you don't want Benny Hinn to be wof, doesn't mean he isn't.Why don't we keep to the topic of this thread?
I am not the founder of a religious group that practices following the sanitary ordinances of the Old Testament.
Fins and scales is not a command of Christ,it was from the law of Moses.
I've heard of no particular stories other than this one that I recall, but I have little doubt people come to their senses, whether it be from involvement in the occult, a cult or whatever and do get out.
I find this suspect because of the circumstances surrounding it, that being mainly Hinn. I found the following without really looking that hard, so not sure what else is out there, but this is enough to tell us plenty.
Luke 21:8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
The bible is very clear that we'll know when Christ returns, "we will be changed in the twinkling of an eye" and any claims like Hinn has made in the clip to get more people in his meetings, hence more money, are absolutely bogus.
Why don't you asks God about it yourself?

I guess then that you dispute these verse in the Bible as God Spoke to Moses the dietary laws and he wrote them down.
Matthew 4:4 King James Version (KJV)
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Deuteronomy 8:3
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.

If it quacks like a duck............
The links I posted were for the benefit of others who might not understand what the charlatans of word-faith are all about. Being a proponent of wof yourself, I don't expect you'd agree.
