The surprise attack on Isreal is more or less the same surprise attacks committed on the West like with 9/11 and other attacks against Western targets by a growing number of terror groups. They have been happening for years and is becoming more frequent.
So I think the Isreali terror attacks are the inevitable result of an ideology that has been left to fester and grow and I don't think anything could have been done to change this course of history which was birthed with the same radicalism.
These radicals believe not only should Isreal be wiped off the face of the earth but that the West is an abomination which should be stopped. What we are seeing now is the logical evolution of this radical ideology that the free world has been ignoring and now its coming home to roost. If not the Isrealis it will inevitably be another Western target in the future that we will have to deal with because it won't stop.
The world has changed after Covid, we are more security and safty conscious and it seems we are closer so events that happen anywhere are effecting everyones sense of well being. Therefore every attack that happens post Covid is now felt more and if not the Isreal attacks it will be another one against the West which will be the straw that breaks the camels back.
Its now realized that the world and especially a free world cannot tolerate these terror attacks anymore and its coming to a head. Its like one too many abuses that cannot be tolerated to the point the victims are reacting in a fight for their life. Otherwise their life is not worth living. They would rather die then live subject to such tyranny and terror.
I think this is the point the entire world is at and theres no going back. Its either peace or deal with the threat to world safety and peace. The world has left dealing with this for too long. Its past the point of reason now. The genie is out of the bottle so to speak. Whether this was inevitable maybe. But I cannot see radicalism stopping but ion fact growing no matter what Isreal and the free world does.
So its a crucial time that will either lead to some sort of resolution that involves all powers be it peace or all out war. But to be honest I think the horse has already bolted as this radicalism will only get worse before it gets better. Even if there is a peace agreement we know from the MO of radical ideology that it will be broken again as it has done in the past.
