My question would be - are they REALLY "godly?" No they are not. And like our Lord said:

Unless they repent, they shall likewise perish. (go to hell)

But meanwhile the women who are being spiritually, emotionally, sexually or physically abused get no support. Because the guy isn't really a Christian? Let's not talk about something because these people aren't Christian? Why is there such reluctance? Do you know?

PS If I read like I am snappy, I do not mean to. Sleepy from a very broken night sleep and going swimming today. If I don't then I'm worrying over nothing.

If the guy is not a christian, then he has no business even being in a church, let alone having a position of authority within one.

Wolf in sheeps clothing. Many pastors and priests are also abusive.. according to a report I read yesterday. Besides the Christian wife ought to be protected?

Some churches just wash their hands of it and let both parties attend until the abused leaves the Church. Meanwhile supporting the abandoned husband, rallying around him and listening to his lies. Only praying with the traumatised women for 5 minutes before the service.
