Who here use to call spaghetti, pasghetti?  I did!!!

When I was a kid spaghetti was a forbidden "junk" food on the same level as the candy bar. So I didn't have the luxury I came from a wierd family or something.

Now I let me kids eat all the spaghetti they want and they can also call it sketti if they want to

I did too!!! Mostly because my mom and my dad called it that to be funny all the time.

I also call it sketti now. But that's because a lot of my words at home have been cut short to be funny or cute or something. That's mostly because of my dog. LOL...she doesn't sleep, she "leeps"

I was a basketti eater too. My nephew called groceries "grospies". My kids used to eat corn slaw and college cheese.

I did used to call Forsythia (a yellow bush flower plant thing) Forcynthia....because I have a cousin named Cynthia.
