CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey everyone!! I haven't been on in a while due to finals madness
but I'm going to quickly answer some of your questions and get back to studying.
Thanksgiving was sooooo wonderful!!! I got to catch up with family and friends it was great!
I suppose my biggest earthly hero would have to be hmmmmmmm
maybe Rich Mullins, he has an amazing testimony that we could all aspire to.
Absolutely not.....only studying maybe this friday when i get my freedom back!!! haha
how many hairs do i have on my head
hmmmmmmm, it's been really hard ive only been paying attention to my studies so I havent done any Christmas preparation.

Good questions Mark2010!
Your first question I've been pondering a lot since lately I've been meeting a few more guys than usual
. The one was a Christian but all he talked about was himself in a gloating/bragging manner...this is a big turnoff for me. I find a man who is humble, loves Jesus with all his heart, has good communication skills (because a relationship is a two way street), is in the Word everyday and doesn't beat around the bush about asking me out (because believe me, I'm a sucker for romantic dinner dates) is most attractive in my eyes. If I find a man such as this I think I'll print out a lable that says keeper and attach it to his forehead . I've been a Christian all my life but my walk got serious with Christ at age 14. Everyday I try to live my life to glorify God, battling sin and getting to know God everyday a little better...everyday is a new and awesome adventure for me.
hmmm, well I suppose the aspect of my faith that inspires me the most would be my ability to put a smile on my face even when things are rough.

I haven't had much of a chance to experience the holidays due to finals week at school!
but I get my freedom back tomorrow! i can't wait! last final tomorrow, say a prayer for me
