WHAT IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST AND WHEN DO PEOPLE RECEIVE IT?

SUMMARY SO FAR AND PUTTING IT TOGETHER

We have looked at and ideitified who the HARLOT WOMAN sitting on the scarlet colored BEAST is and let the scriptures define these symbols which the bible alone says that the MYSTERY HARLOT NAMED BABYLON represents the UNFAITHFUL MOTHER CHURCH of all Churches which also has UNFAITHFUL DAUGHTER CHURCHES * REVELATION 14:8; 17:1-5; 18:1-10. We have also seen through God’s WORD that it is NOT the people in these CHURCHES that God are the problem but what they teach the people which leads them away from God’s Word and that God has his people in ALL of these Churches and is calling them out to worship him in Spirit and in TRUTH according to the Word of God *REVELATION 18:1:4. We also saw that a BEAST in bible prophecy represents a KINGDOM while a HORN on a BEAST represents a KING that may come out of that KINGDOM *DANIEL 7:23-25

We also looked the HEBREW and GREEK meanings of MARK; SEAL and SIGN and compared these word meanings with the scriptures found in REVELATION 13:6; REVELATION 7:4-10; DEUTERONOMY 6:8; EZEKIEL 9:1-11; EXEKIEL 20:11-12; All of which liked the SERVITUDE of OBEDIENCE to God’s 10 Commandments to God’s SEAL; SIGN and MARK (which all have a similar meaning) or SERVITUDE to DISOBEDIENCE to God’s Commandments. *REVELATION 14:8-12. As the MARK is a symbol of SERVITUDE to God’s WORD and OBEDIENCE or SERVITUDE to the BEAST and DISOBEDIENCE we saw that RECEIVING the BEASTS MARK of DISOBEDIENCE in the HAND or the FOREHEAD means; *HAND = To act out or to do action (Ecclesiastes 9:10; Acts 4:28 etc) *FOREHAND = To believe or think (EZEKIEL 3:8-9; JEREMIAH 3:3 see also word meanings).

CONCLUSION: The MARK OF THE BEAST is a SYMBOL OF SERVITUDE to the BEAST of REVELATION 13 and REVELATION 14; REVELATION 17 and REVELATION 18 which is influenced by the MOTHER OF ALL UNFAITHFUL CHURCHES names BABYLON THE MAOTHER OF HARLOTS *REVELATION 17:1-5.

This MARK is received in the HAND which means to act out and do what the BEAST commands in WORSHIPPING the BEASTS image (you do not have to believe the BEAST), while to receive the MARK in the FOREHEAD means to BELIEVE and do what the BEAST commands *REVELATION 13:15-16.

Those who are SEALED by GOD serve him through OBEDIENCE and SERVITUDE to God’s WORD *REVELATION 12:17; REVELATION 14:12; REVELATION 22:14. They do not bow down to the BEASTS FALSE IMAGE of WORSHIP and before the final judgments of God are poured out GOD calls all his true people to leave these CHURCHES to whorship and follow him in Spirit and in Truth.

The MARK OF THE BEAST AND THE SEAL OF GOD is received over SERVITUDE doing what the BEAST asks resulting in DISOBEDIENCE to God’s WORD or BELIEVING and FOLLOWING what God asks us through his WORD and disobeying what the BEAST asks us. The issue will be over WORSHIP. Who do we worship, God by believing and following his WORD or the BEAST by following the teaching and traditions of men that lead us away from God to break his Commandments *REVELATION 13:8; 13:12; 13:15; 14:7; 14:11; MATTHEW 15:3-9

The issue of worship is over God’s 4th Commandment of the 10 commandments that give us a knowledge of GOOD and EVIL; SIN AND RIGHTOUESNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; JAMES 2:10-11; 1 JOHN 3:4; PSALMS 119:172

This results in a people of GOD who keep ALL THE COMMANDMENTS of God by faith in God’s WORD. REVELATION 22:9; REVELATION 12:17; REVELATION 14:12; REVELATION 22:14. The issue is over OBEDIENCE and DISOBEDIENCE.

No one has received the MARK OF THE BEAST until it become ENFORCED UNDER CIVIL LAW *REVELATION 13:16-17. The issue will be over worship *REVELATION 13:8; 13:12; 13:15; 14:7; 14:11; MATTHEW 15:3-9. Do we BELIEVE and FOLLOW God’s WORD and keep ALL THE COMMANDMETNS of GOD *REVELATION 22:9; REVELATION 12:17; REVELATION 14:12; REVELATION 22:14 or do we BELIEVE and FOLLOW the MOTHER OF HARLOTS *The MOTHER of all UNFAITHFUL CHURCHES, and RECEIVE the MARK of the BEAST? Which will you choose?

SIN is the breaking of God's Commandments (James 2:9-11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4) Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to UNKNOWINGLY break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day. Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now, <when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

THE MARK OF THE BEAST IS OVER WORSHIP

REVELATION 14:7, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

NOTE: This scripture is not only about announcing God’s judgment where the standard in the judgment will be God’s Commandments, it is a direct call to worship God as the creator. How do we worship the creator?

God’s 4th Commandment says;

EXODUS 20:8-11
[8], REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY, TO KEEP IT HOLY. <Why?> Because God made it Holy for mankind and commands us to keep it as a Holy day)
[9], Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work:
[10], But the SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: <WHY>
[11], For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the SEVENTH DAY: wherefore the LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH, and HALLOWED IT

Why does God’s 4th commandment start off to REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY TO KEEP IT HOLY? God knew that mankind would forsake it to follow the man-made teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Even in Paul’s day the mystery of iniquity was already at work *2 THESSALONIANS 2:5-8; ACTS 20:29-30 who will think to change times and laws

DANIEL 7:25 [25], And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

The MARK OF THE BEAST is over worship. Let's look at the scriptures...

REVELATION 13:8
[8], And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

REVELATION 13:12-16;
[12], And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
[13], And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
[14], And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, that had the wound by a sword, and did live.
[15], And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
[16], And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads

REVELATION 14:7-12.

God’s 4th COMMANDMENT is one of the 10 commandments that give us the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL; SIN AND RIGHTOEUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; JAMES 2:10-11; 1 JOHN 3:4; PSALMS 119:172.

If we KNOWINGLY break any one of God’s 10 commandments we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11. God’s 4th Commandment is the ONLY commandment that is a MEMORIAL of creation and a call to worship GOD as the creator of heaven and earth. Nearly all mankind has forgotten God’s 4th commandment.

There is not one scripture in all of God’s WORD that says God’s 4th commandment has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a HOLY day.

CONCLUSION: God’s commandments are the standard of GOOD AND EVIL; SIN and RIGHTEOUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; JAMES 2:10-11; PSALMS 119:172. The whole world has neglected God’s 4th Commandment despite there being not a single scripture for it’s change. We are to whoship God as the creator of heaven and earth. This is a call back to REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY, TO KEEP IT HOLY. God’s 4th commandment is one of the 10 commandments. If we KNOWINGLY break it just like any of the other commandments we commit sin and sin will keep all those who KNOWINGLY practice it out of God’s KINGDOM *HEBREWS 10:26-27; 1 JOHN 2:3-4; HEBREWS 6:4-8; JAMES 2:10-11.

WHO IS GOD’S TRUE CHURCH IN GOD’S WORD AND THE BOOK OF REVELATIONS?

Before we look at who God's WORD says is God's true Church, let's start off by looking at the GREEK meaning of the word Church which is ἐκκλησία which means a calling out or meeting.

NOTE: The GREEK Word for Church ἐκκλησία means a calling out or meeting of the people. It is interesting how this link to where God is calling out all his peoples from corrupt UNFAITHFUL CHRISTIAN CHURCHES to follow him according to the truth of his WORD.

REVELATIONS 18:4, And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.

God is calling his people out of these Churches to follow him according to his WORD and worship him in Spirit and in truth *JOHN 4:23-24.

This links in very nicely with

MATTHEW 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

A Church therefore is the people that BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD. They are the called out and Jesus is in the midst of them.

WHO IS GOD'S TRUE CHURCH ACCORDING TO GOD'S WORD?

1 JOHN 2:3-4
3, And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep <ALL> his commandments. 4, He that saith, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

REVELATION 12:17
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

NOTE: In scripture a pure woman represents God's people [Church] Jeremiah 6:2; 2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:23-27

REVELATION 14:12
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

REVELATION 22:14
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Notice God's people keep ALL of God's Commandments through FAITH in Christ?

CONCLUSIONS: Now notice we have two groups in the end days according to the book of REVELATION. One group representing UNFAITHFUL CHRISTIANITY and the other group representing GOD’S PEOPLE. The difference between the two groups is that one groups KEEPS ALL THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD while the other groups do not.

Symbolisms are great when we see them in scripture, but generally when the scripture is being fulfilled we do not see the symbolism at all.


The Number of the BEAST allows people to buy/sell/medical/bank/etc. So, we need to connect the Number symbolism to the Beast itself to get a better view of what we are looking at.

First off, it makes no sense to need this number to buy/bank/etc if the Beast is a literal animal. So we must deduct to 2 key components:

1. You have a number, but there must be something in place to keep track of this number to know it is you doing the buying etc.

2. If you keep track of everyone's number, then there must be a system (computer system of tracking) where the number is documented each time it used...but...it is obvious the number to buy something means both the number and item to buy are in the same system.

This would mean, the BEAST is the actual SYSTEM!!
The SYSTEM is how people buy, how the Number is tracked, Who is the buyer and it's all controlled by the antichrist.


We have an actual example of a SYSTEM (BEAST) in place along with an assigned NUMBER keeping track in today's world..

1. Some places of employment are issuing employees RFID chips into their right hands. When the employee logs on at work, takes a break, clocks out, they just scan their hand and the SYSTEM records it plus knows who that specific employee is.

2. Some major banking systems have the RFID chip people can get inserted into their right hand and they use it like a credit/debit card. This records first of all who the person is, what the person buys, what the person withdraws from their bank accounts.

3. Switzerland and several other nations are almost 100% CASHLESS. Even some restaurants in America are cashless to keep theft down. This means everything must be purchased by credit/debit cards. The RFID chip fits this scenario all too well. And the SYSTEM is already in place to track all activities.

All THREE SCENARIOS include a SYSTEM. All THREE SCENARIOS include RFID chips. So it is rather obvious and conclusive the SYSTEM is the BEAST, and the RFID chip is the NUMBER of the SYSTEM/BEAST that keeps track of all activities.

AND, it is ALL in place at this very moment. Plus, places like Silicon Valley are working non-stop to create the QUANTUM TECHNOLOGICAL COMPUTER. This SYSTEM (BEAST) is being portrayed as ONE SYSTEM that can track everything, everyone, and their activities worldwide.

So in my opinion, the BEAST is the SYSTEM by which we buy-sell-bank-medical, and the RFID chip is a representative of the NUMBER of the BEAST!!

As for Revelation 13:17, First of all, only God is all knowing, all present, all powerful. So the antichrist will need a "system" designed to spy on everyone because he has none of the abilities what our God has. And the "system" he uses to spy on, track us, will be technically advanced like the future of quantum computers. This will give him access to who buys, sells, needs medical, banks. And everything will be tracked by the "systems" number implemented into the right hand/forehead. I don't see the BEAST as an actual entity, but the programmers who will deny God for the antichrist, will appear to have many eyes and ears (cameras and microphones) used for spying and tracking. The flying scorpions in Revelation could be drones tracking down Christians with the ability to shoot at them. Drones could be the actual police of the Tribulation. This is why many will be found and eventually beheaded.

What about how that mark is given and why God warns us not to receive it *REVELATION 14:9-12? Thanks for sharing your thoughts brother

I am still inclined to believe the RFID chip idea. It comes with a built in tracking device, like a beacon. Basically, you could fly drones with heat indexers and locate people...but even more than that, while locating people, the drone equipped with tracking devices programmed to the RFID chip, could decipher if the people they locate by the heat indexer have the RFID chip or not.

Look at the current military. They use drones specifically like I am describing in war zones. They locate the enemy from their body heat and then use the drone equipped with weapons to attack. This could be exactly how the antichrist uses such technology for his own purposes.

Everyone will have some idea of who Yeshua is and some idea of what the Books of Daniel and Revelation mean. So anyone with this information and knowledge now knowing they should follow Christ for eternal life, is basically giving God the middle finger by accepting the Mark of the Beast. They are saying multiple things to God, I don't believe in you, I don't accept your Word and warning, I am too intelligent in believing fairy tales, etc. And by accepting the Mark, they are claiming the Adversary is a better choice than a fairy tale imaginative God.

So God, who is allowing humanity to freely choose in this manner, will view this as people choosing Satan over Him. And if you choose the enemy, you get what has been coming to the enemy since before the creation. I wish to clarify that when I think of sin, I am not looking at this from the viewpoint of the sin condition we are born in from Adam. Although that definitely is applied here, to me, it's other sins by denying God and His Commandments and fair warnings.

It sounds like your agreeing with me in that the judgements of God from receiving the MARK OF THE BEAST will be given to those who continue to live a life of unrepentance sin. God's WORD says that sin is breaking God's Commandments *JAMES 2:10-11; 1 JOHN 3:4. It is interesting we see the opposite of those who do not receive the MARK OF THE BEAST as those who keep God's Commandments *REVELATIONS 14:7-12. It sounds like your agreeing with me in that the judgements of God from receiving the MARK OF THE BEAST will be given to those who continue to live a life of unrepentance sin. God's WORD says that sin is breaking God's Commandments *JAMES 2:10-11; 1 JOHN 3:4. It is interesting we see the opposite of those who do not receive the MARK OF THE BEAST as those who keep God's Commandments *REVELATIONS 14:7-12. I see it as breaking the very first commandment of have no other gods before Me!! If you deny God, that ultimately means you are accepting the adversary (Satan). Which by proxy, is placing a god before God!!

Yeshua gives a rather concrete example of how we should obey the Commandments, including the ones He clarified. Basically, to get your loved ones saved, your neighbor saved, anyone in the city you live in saved, you are to lay your life down for them like Christ did. Fortunately, most of the time nothing like that is required. But if there was a point and place where we can bring someone to know who God is and lead them to salvation, even at the cost of or very lives, we are to follow our own example of how Christ went to the ultimate extreme so all of us could be saved.

I imagine during the Tribulation period, many believers will die as result of trying to lead others to God. And as we watch the signs of the time, it could very well be you and myself laying our lives down.

Here in the United States, no one has ever really seen the church oppressed, attacked by the powers of hell, and believers being persecuted including executed. But there is definitely coming a time and place where even here in the USA believers will be tried, persecuted, and executed. And knowing that much, if it happens to me, I hope it's because I was caught leading someone to God

Yes this is something that is well known even by the JEWS in the OLD COVENANT scriptures as LOVE to GOD as expressed in the first four commandments and love to our neighbour as expressed in the second six commandments *DEUTERONOMY 6:5; LEVITICUS 19:18; LUKE 10:25-28; MATTHEW 22:36-40; ROMANS 13:8-10; JAMES 2:8-12.

The questions were asked because the MARK of the BEAST is over worship

REVELATION 14:7, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

NOTE: This scripture is not only about announcing God’s judgment where the standard in the judgment will be God’s Commandments, it is a direct call to worship God as the creator. How do we worship the creator?

God’s 4th Commandment says;

Why does God’s 4th commandment start off to REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY TO KEEP IT HOLY? God knew that mankind would forsake it to follow the man-made teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Even in Paul’s day the mystery of iniquity was already at work *2 THESSALONIANS 2:5-8; ACTS 20:29-30 who will think to change times and laws

DANIEL 7:25 [25], And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

The MARK OF THE BEAST is over worship. Let's look at the scriptures...

[8], And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

[12], And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

God’s 4th COMMANDMENT is one of the 10 commandments that give us the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL; SIN AND RIGHTOEUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; JAMES 2:10-11; 1 JOHN 3:4; PSALMS 119:172.

If we KNOWINGLY break any one of God’s 10 commandments we stand guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11. God’s 4th Commandment is the ONLY commandment that is a MEMORIAL of creation and a call to worship GOD as the creator of heaven and earth. Nearly all mankind has forgotten God’s 4th commandment.

There is not one scripture in all of God’s WORD that says God’s 4th commandment has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a HOLY day.

The biggest problem generally speaking concerning taking the Mark is the majority of people taking it will be out of what they believe is normal and a necessity. We work to make money in order to have money for bills and to be able to buy supplies. The Bible is clear that without the Mark you cannot buy things, cannot bank, cannot get medical help, etc. And since the majority of people will only have heard the generic version of the Gospel of Christ within their lifetimes, most won't be knowledgeable towards what the Old Testament and New Testaments are all about. They won't be educated towards what the Mark means in relationship to worship. And just like not wanting to carry cash around so they have credit cards, they will gladly take the Mark because it now eliminates even having to carry credit cards around. The Mark will have all of their information for how to buy, how to bank, insurance plans, etc. They will just see this as the next technological process and accept it as that.

But for those of us who do know the scripture and understand the ins and outs pertaining to the end of times, they will be held even more accountable because it will relate to worship.

Obviously whether you are well aware of the Mark or never heard of it, the end for that person is not a happy one. But the person who knew God and turned from Him, and by the act of disobedience of taking the Mark, that person is telling God they clearly do not love Him!! But the person who is just the latest tech fan that jumps on the bandwagon of technology, and does not understand much about God, nor has much knowledge of His WORD, that person is not taking the Mark out of defiance to God. Unfortunately though, that person within the next 3 1/2 years of the last of Tribulation is going to pay the same as the person taking the Mark to defy God.

God's WORD is black and white with no gray areas. And no matter how bad it appears for those who take the Mark, and literally never understand what that Mark represents towards God, they are doomed. Thanks for your thoughts brother I understand what you are saying. However, the MARK of the BEAST is only given over Worship as the scriptures state above. How do you think this may relate to sin and breaking God's Commandments which is why God's judgments are given?

Ultimately, in the vision given to John at Patmos written in the Book of Revelation's, we are commanded to refuse the Mark and be beheaded if it comes down to that. And bottom line is, this command comes directly from God. So whether you have no idea pertaining to scripture and God, or you are a backslider refusing to listen and obey God, you are breaking a direct Command by God if you accept the Mark. And when you break it all down, a person taking the Mark is committing several sins against God. And without a doubt, they will be judged accordingly and found guilty!!
