Are there demons who are partly human?

My humble apologies if my thesis is inaccurate but I was listening to The Book of Enoch again last week and a rather sobering and kind of scary idea hit me again.

This isn't the first time that I have confronted this idea because I actually read "The Book of Enoch" back during the 1990's after I separated from The Worldwide Church of God that had Pastor General Herbert W. Armstrong as our C. E. O..

Assuming at least partial validity to The Book of Enoch and The Book of Adam and Eve, t seems to me that somehow "Watchers" managed to have children with the granddaughters of Cain and his twin sister Luluwa. Cain was supposed to have married Aklia the twin sister of Abel according to "The Book of Adam and Eve" but twins can become deeply attached to each other plus..... Luluwa was even more beautiful than her mother Eve and significantly more beautiful than her sister Aklia.

4And that I alone shall suffer for so grievous a crime.

5But they answered him and said; We all swear;

6And bind ourselves by mutual execrations, that we will not change our intention, but execute our projected undertaking.

7Then they swore all together, and all bound themselves by mutual execrations. Their whole number was two hundred, who descended upon Ardis, (4) which is the top of mount Armon.


(4) Upon Ardis. Or, "in the days of Jared" (R.H. Charles, ed. and trans., The Book of Enoch [Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1893], p. 63).

8That mountain therefore was called Armon, because they had sworn upon it, (5) and bound themselves by mutual execrations.

(5) Mt. Armon, or Mt. Hermon, derives its name from the Hebrew word herem, a curse (Charles, p. 63).

9These are the names of their chiefs: Samyaza, who was their leader, Urakabarameel, Akibeel, Tamiel, Ramuel, Danel, Azkeel, Saraknyal, Asael, Armers, Batraal, Anane, Zavebe, Samsaveel, Ertael, Turel, Yomyael, Arazyal. These were the prefects of the two hundred angels, and the remainder were all with them. (6)

(6) The Aramaic texts preserve an earlier list of names of these Watchers: Semihazah; Artqoph; Ramtel; Kokabel; Ramel; Danieal; Zeqiel; Baraqel; Asael; Hermoni; Matarel; Ananel; Stawel; Samsiel; Sahriel; Tummiel; Turiel; Yomiel; Yhaddiel (Milik, p. 151).

10Then they took wives, each choosing for himself; whom they began to approach, and with whom they cohabited; teaching them sorcery, incantations, and the dividing of roots and trees.

11And the women conceiving brought forth giants, (7)


(7) The Greek texts vary considerably from the Ethiopic text here. One Greek manuscript adds to this section, "And they [the women] bore to them [the Watchers] three races–first, the great giants. The giants brought forth [some say "slew"] the Naphelim, and the Naphelim brought forth [or "slew"] the Elioud. And they existed, increasing in power according to their greatness." See the account in the Book of Jubilees.

12Whose stature was each three hundred cubits. These devoured all which the labor of men produced; until it became impossible to feed them;

13When they turned themselves against men, in order to devour them;

14And began to injure birds, beasts, reptiles, and fishes, to eat their flesh one after another, (

and to drink their blood.

Their flesh one after another. Or, "one another’s flesh." R.H. Charles notes that this phrase may refer to the destruction of one class of giants by another (Charles, p. 65).

15Then the earth reproved the unrighteous.

I do NOT claim to understand exactly how these Watchers managed to have children with the daughters of men because Jesus did state that full fledged "angels" do not marry and have wives and children. Perhaps the answer is in genetic engineering? I am not certain but no matter what the answer is if we read the Book of Enoch and The Book of Adam and Eve, we will get the impression that there are leaders of the demons of hell who are partly descended from Adam and Eve and their children Cain and Luluwa.

When we have humans with more capability even that Dr. Albert Einstein who live for many centuries technology on the earth will tend to increase rapidly much as is happening now in 2025.

Please note that the word translated "forever" in English has very different possible meaning in the original Hebrew. It actually means "until the end of conditions last."

The "restitution of all things" when it is finally actually understood may alter how we view the wording in the Book of Enoch and in The Book of Adam and Eve

Genesis 6:1-2​

I personally don't read much of those books that were left out of the bible. I believe like some that there was a mix according to Gen 6. This was a big reason for the flood. Noah kept the human race pure and those angels that left their domain are locked up according to jude. “When human beings began to multiply on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.” – Genesis 6:1-2

"And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day."
Of course not everyone agrees with this inteepretation.
Your thesis though would hinder redemption for ant human with mixed blood. Jesus saved mankind, not a being part man and part demon. So i think its impossible for demons since noah to cross that domain.

I don't accept either The Book of Enoch or The Book of Adam and Eve to be divinely inspired by God.
I stick to the Bible.

The bible indicates that all the halfs or the fallen also called giants were killed off when the people took hold of their inheritance from God. The escapades of the nations in the Middle East detailed in Deuteronomy Chapter 2 was not an isolated incident.

The demon DNA is no longer a thing. During the time of Jesus, it seemed to be demons affecting people's minds only.

There is a theory that the wives of Noah's sons may have carried perverted DNA from before the flood and subsequently passed it into the post-flood gene pool. Hence, it would be possible that the post-flood giants re-emerged naturally. The wife of Ham is a suspect because it seems the giants were his descendants.

That is an excellent question!

I believe though that there may be already a number of Christians with mixed blood and when they are saved and make it into heaven a new phase in the Restitution of All Things will go into gear.

The Book of Enoch is quoted in the Bible and it is an exceptionally impressive book. It almost made it into the Bible but basically it came down to either including The Book of Enoch or the Book of Revelation and the Book of Revelation won out.

The Book of Enoch and other ancient Jewish writings talk about a six thousand year plan to save humanity and bring in the Millennium Reign of Christ on earth but there is a ten thousand year plan for the Watchers to be judged and considering that Jesus will have a Glorified Bride to work with him for the last three thousand years or so before the Watchers will be judged I am sure will result in surprises for all of us including perhaps even for the fallen Watchers?

Why is the name "Azazel" included in the original Hebrew of Leviticus 16?

Jesus and the Holy Spirit know the answer to this question but I can only guess and speculate.

Are there demons in hades and sheol who have some human DNA?

No, I don't believe that's possible. I don't see how a fallen angel can have human DNA in them.

I used to believe that the Giants came about from fallen angels and human women. I have an inconclusive belief about it now.

There's a book called "God's Word to Women" by Katharine C. Bushnell who addresses the fallen angels and human women belief. According to her, Hebrews did not hold this belief until the Intertestamental period; I found an alike claim on Wikipedia. Bushnell believed that angels had the inability to be sexual and could not be given in marriage.

While Jude does mention Enoch prophesying, there are concerns and doubts about what we know as "The Book of Enoch". How much actually came from Enoch? How much has been fabricated?
