Are there any creationists willing to debate?

how are they the same? for new species to be made there needs to be new imformation made in the DNA, for immune people to be selected, that just means that the people with non immune DNA die. they dont sound the same to me

Old human race: vulnerable to MOWOD.
New human Race: 100% immune to MOWOD

you don't consider a natural immunity to a once-fatal disease to be "new information?"

Are are you just parroting the creationists' "let's see a cat give birth to a dog!" strawman argument?

Yes, I agree, I believe it to be both....then when fact disprove their story, they start to tell educated people "you do not know anything, you only think you do"... (Laughing)....

exactly, those born immune didnt die of it. those born not immune had the chance of dying from it. people werent born not immune and then made immune.

Ask yourself how they came to have an "inborn" immunity and you will answer your own statement.

silly, reminds me of...you

No, actually Mikey, it was people like you who I am speaking of..you are arguing mutations yet you display only a BASIC (if that) working knowledge of Biology. Something comes up and then you probably search the Internet frantically and extract a few lines declaring, "This is it!" Moreover, it probably 'reminds you of me' because you looked over and saw that I am a woman ; you probably have a problem with educated women, so in your diminutive frontal lobe, you are processing the information as, "this can't be" or "I have an exterior reproductive organs, so I have to KNOW more!" wrong, wrong, wrong. I mentioned yesterday and I will make the offer to you, please come with me to Medical School, when I return for my second year, Monday and you can speak and show what a big brain you have and how little you know about semi-conservative replication, receptor mediated endocytosis, ligands, etc, etc..... Hurrry now...fast...go to your little search engine..cut and paste and come back and blow us all away! GET REAL!!

it's easy to think you are an expert in something, when you know nothing about what it is you think you are an expert in.

Amen to that brother! I think the Internet plays a part, as well. They have no respect for education because they feel by using their search engine that they too can have a comprehensive working knowledge or whatever the topic, in an afternoon. A little information is dangerous....and also makes takes away any doubt of level of competency! Good point! :)

Well said! Exactly! How did the Anti-bodies to HIV come to be? I wonder if they asked themselves that or even considered it ;) The test for HIV indicates if their are ANTI-Bodies to the disease present...if they ponder that then their own statements will be answered!

Non-immune DNA? hmmm...(scratching head) so embarrassment is not even a factor here, huh?

Again, you need to study the BASICS before you even jump into a conversation like this...Are you at all familar with Griffith's Transformational Experiments? (HURRY! Type that into your search engine and come bake with more half baked info!!) Read up on that and maybe a light will dawn!

The point is, the gene had to already be there to be immune to the bubonic plague. Humans didn't react to the disease by evolving immunity.

Humans DO "evolve" immunites! Any resident working a Peds. ward will tell you that! In Med. School 3rd year students get exposed to all sorts of things and many become fall ill often until they BUILD AN IMMUNITY!! How many times can you get varicella (chicken Pox) Aaron?

Oh MY!! (laughing)....please come and speak to us...things get SO tense at school..we could really use a good laugh....by night do you jump into neuro-surgery conversations and argue that with doctors ;) The hubris is unreal! Oh and I will save you the time on your search engine...it means, FALSE PRIDE. KNOW when to say "when"...

I don't know about everyone else, but I am less than impressed with your point and much less than impressed with your wanna-be brilliance.

The complexity of a human being is one reason I have big trouble accepting evolution as how we got here. The other problem is the first cell. How did it get here? People say that chemical reactions started and kept going. I know its more complex than that, they would say, but give me a break. Study a single cell and look at the complexity and tell me or anyone else that it just happened.

"I can't imagine how it would come about naturally so God did it"

Did I say that? We were talking about evolution, and that is definetly one reason that evolution isn't a satisfactory answer. If you think that is the only reason that I believe in God, you have missed it by a longshot.
