i heard from a friend that bodybuilders like Arnold take steroids. Actually almost all of them do..those professional ones. Ever heard of it?

I've been lifting for the past 10 months. When I started I was barly able to lift 100lbs now I'm up to around 195lbs at 8 to 10 reps (depends on what day you catch me on). When I started I was weighing at about 134 now I'm up to 155. 90% of it is muscle.
