For anyone interested...I have been able to locate the president and founder of the A.C.B.A. - Amatuer Christian Bodybuilding Association. They are located in California and with God's hand and guidance, there will be a chapter in Indianapolis, Indiana. For any one interested, I will update with information as it comes. Perhaps there are others in different cities that would be interested in opening chapters in their city and we, as bodybuilders, can spread His word!

Yes, they have a website, but it doesn't seem to be loading, at least from my computer. Have told Butch - the founder, Butch Dennis - about it and we shall see. Maybe it is from my computer only. Since I do not have enough posts and I feel uneasy posting my email address, please give me a day or so to build up enough posts and the forum will allow me to do so...

I am very excited bout this! God is working, without a doubt!

Curious if anyone has heard of using apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to aid in cutting fat?

I have begun to use myself as an experiment to see if it works. It doesn't taste very good, but if it works without having to cut into the calories needed to maintain mass, why not? any thoughts on this?

Curious if anyone has heard of using apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to aid in cutting fat?

I mix a tablespoon of ACV & a tablespoon of flax seed oil in a can of tuna a couple times a day.

I use free weights and cardio 4 - 5 times a week. I also do quite a bit of floor work.

That may be so--for now. But you have already taken the first step, no? You have the desire, otherwise you wouldn't be on this thread. I have been in this game for a while as have a few of the others. If there is anything that we can do to help in your journey to shed the belly and get in better shape, let us know! Remeber that all things are possible with God!

Thanks for the encouragement. I have made good progress over the past year even though the abs are a bit slower to tighten up than the rest of me. 20 lbs since November '02

I have started a Losers United thread here on FH&M so we all can keep tallys on our loss and gains. We did this at work and it was kinda fun..I have contributed the first 1000 calories to a world of lighter and more fit Christians. Maybe we can give each other blessings for every pound off (2800 cals)

Does anyone have anymore good bodybuilding links? There are some with nude people and pornographic pay sites under bodybuiding, weightlifting names is just is disgusting.

I'm lifting light now, will go heavy later, but will not do too many supersets because I hate that ripped, vascular look on women. I just want strength for martial arts, and triathlons.

Thanks so much. If a site has other bodybuilding links to it, those links can be bad without me knowing. If I get it off of google, there is more information in that little paragraph before I go to the site. From now on unless they are reccomended I will use google! I've seen nude women and men on the first page loaded from links on bodybuilding sites that I wouldn't have any way of knowing before hand.
