I noticed how different this forum looks now. I'm not sure what to think of it.

It has brought alot of negativity to this sub forum. Not saying this place is always 100% positive, but it's usually pretty chill. Not sure where it will lead. The 'Mormon detractors' seem to have thin skin so hopefully the 'wrath of the mods' won't be brought down on our peaceful little sub forum. I think they are meeting alot of resistance here compared to the Unorthodox sub forum and they don't like it.

You know, it is not the Mormons or the Jehovah Witnesses who are the problem, it is the people who came over with them!

I think they have really messed this forum up by bringing all that over here, IMHO.

And there already was a sub-forum for Mormons, it was the unorthodox Christianity forum (or something like that). What happened to that forum?

They removed it I think.

They shut it down, started a new sub-forum called Controversial Theology from which Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses are banned as non-Christians.

I don't feel sick. I'm suspecting that my throat hurts due to working out.

Just finished my 4th workout.

When I started I could barley do 50 reps, now I can do 80.

Although I'm starting to think sooner or later I should join a real gym. I'd just like to pack a little more muscle/form before I go the public route. I don't need to be dealing with gym bullies.

I have been to gyms with friends before. They're not all bad. I hate the crowded ones. Smaller type gyms are usually better, and more personal.

I was recently introduced to yoga and tai chi. I like them both.

I love tai chi. Even in the poor state I'm in, I can do that, and it stretches more than one would think, and it clears the mind.

I have difficulty with yoga, physically and mentally. Mentally while I'm holding position I go off compiling grocery lists or reviewing which muscles are involved with which meridians, and I lose all focus. Oops

Hmm...wish I could change the colors a little bit but now we can embed video from all sorts of sources instead of just youtube, so that's pretty cool.
