CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah I've been figuring that out. I'm not real happy with the decision to merge their boards with ours but I guess there is not much I can do about it.

Pretty much this. The negativity from the original merging is starting to be eclipsed by the negativity of all the 'whining' about it. If anything it has mellowed quite a bit compared to the first week or so it happened. It is what it is. If anything it is good for the LDS as now they have some 'allies' here. In the UT forum they were pretty much on their own.

I have a hard time with such an alliance because of my personal experience with Mormonism but I'm sure it will benefit us in the long run. After all, it pulls more people into the "not us" faction that that CF has established. We'll see how it materializes in the long run.

Change is change. Had a topic of mine locked and another generated to continue the discussion removed so do conclude the addition of a few Mod's with higher up friends that get their say administrative wise, lol. Definite change. I'm for advancement so trying to figure it out --- my concerns are freedom of Religion and Speech.

I was afraid that since I have not worked out for a week *due to time constraints*, that I would have lost a lot of strength. But I didn't.
Fifth workout. Now I can do 90 reps, from originally only barley being able to do 50.
Still, my body looks the same. Still petite looking.
All I can really do is continue pushing.. I am obviously making progress. It will just take time, I am a hard gainer after all.

You once asked me what the scariest game I ever played was. (I think it was here but I cant find the post) The answer is silent hill 2 my favorite line from it is my signature. The saddest game I ever played was a wii game called "Fragile dreams: farewell ruins of the moon." and its for the wii only.

Ah, I've been playing Resident Evil Revelations for the 3DS as of late. Pretty corny, with over sexualised girls but what can you do? Lol.
Funny enough, the only game that I have played that has scared me was The Last Of Us. Although, I have not played many horror games in my life. That might need to change, then again I've never found fear to be very alluring or pleasant, lol.

Good work! Yeah you basically just have to keep going and not get bogged down. I'm doing something similar so I can run in a 10k this summer and it is hard as hell and I don't feel like I am making any progress but it IS getting a bit easier. Just gotta keep going.

did you play as the girl with only one pants leg yet? what is up with that! I've always been into dark creepy things so I always loved horror games but its a hard genre to do right. silent hill 1-4 is by far the cream of the crop. (after these games American game companies started making silent hill games and guess what? they hosed it up!) Fatal Frame is a fantastic horror game series where you face the ghost of those who passed with a paranormal investigators legendary camera obscurea. Sure it sounds silly but take it from me the game is hardcore with plenty of creepy details. I recently beat the last of us and its DLC. But I never found many horror elements to it mostly because I play a lot of horror games. On the gamecube Eternal darkness: sanity's Requiem one of the first games to use an insanity meter is really good with a very good combat system. so of course I've never seen the system again and the game never got a sequel. The plot was an insanely good twist on Lovecrafts mythos. I could write on and on about horror games lol.
