In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I should really work out as well Ive been packing on way to much weight.

Do you have any workout plans?

Currently I am just working out at home. I figured that free weights and whatnot will do the job just fine. Since I am clearly an ectomorph I do not have to really worry about cardio at all. So I just try to work out as hard as I can in a 45-hour time-fame. I try to tear up as much muscle fiber as possible and take creatine when I'm done. Although creatine worries me, since it can be hard on your kidneys. Still, I only plan to take it for a few weeks off and on as a booster. Since I have lousy genetics, I need as much stimulate help as possible (or course I'll never go the steroid route, lol.)

My recovery times from working out have decreased. Last time my muscles were sore for over 80 hours but this time they've healed in about 48 hours. Evidence that I am slowly getting stronger. Encouraging to say the least, still I'm very early in my journey.

Maybe we should have a CWR motivation thread for working out? Lol. Make this the sexiest sub section of CF, lol.

You can buy a resistance band. That's what I mainly use. Cheap and actually gives you a good workout. Youtube has plenty of videos showcasing the various muscle groups you can target with the bands.

Besides that, you can also do pushups and situps and whatnot. As long as you feel the burn, all is good. You don't need expensive equipment.

My jogging route goes from my desk to the fridge, but at least I've replaced about 80% of the junk food I eat with salad.
