I think those gender constructs pretty much reflect the different sexes; a 'distinction without a difference'.
They reflect the sexes but there is nothing about gender constructs which inherently arises from our biology, is the point. So there is a very great difference, because they are arbitrary social constructs which are open to change and improvement.
The Proverbs 31 woman had developed her abilities and responsibilities as a wife and mother, not her 'gifts'.
a) She was a lot more than a wife and mother. Successful businesswoman, manager of a large staff, etc etc.
b) There is nothing in the text to tell us what her gifts were, but it would be strange to think that she had not developed them in the course of her work.
Most people never develop their special talents as their time is taken up by their responsibilities.
Ideally, we would be able to use our gifts in service to our responsibilities (or align which responsibilities we commit ourselves to, with our gifts and vocation).
