Here is how I understand the free day. Eat whatever, avoid fat, do not eat so much your stomach hurts. Though I think french fries are out since they are fried in lard. Unless I could use olive oil at home?

My stomach is very weak. I can not even get to 40 situps
Thank you very much for your time. It looks like I have a new plan. I will have to see how it works for me over the next few months. Though I shall still shoot for Christmas to loss the last 40 lbs.
