  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Nearly Friday here now - the end of another week. My daughter has had a week's holiday this week and it's been lovely having her at home so much. She didn't want to go away on holiday; preferred to just chill at home and relax.

I hope you've all had a good week so far.

Planes - not good in them, and kept my eyes closed all the time I was flying over the Grand Canyon! I doubt I'd every go in a helicopter, but it must be nice to enjoy seeing the view from up there.

My complaints to Facebook Admin
re: full frontal male-nudity (at the toilet)
and
re: a video, showing a naked, several weeks old crying babe
being swished around in a wash bucket full, of water
~because of it's 'crying', was responded to by Facebook Admin; with the comment:
"The content you have complained of, does not contravene our community policies"

The new forum:
Is, for 'registered members only' (email invitations)

The site, is still "under-construction" and, a hosting-site, has not, yet, 'been determined'
