Right - that's where I am. Next week, heading out into the countryside. No work, no family, no traffic, no buildings covered with scaffolding. Just green, quiet and fresh.

Next week I'm of on a camping & fishing trip. The local café does 3 different sizes of breakfast. I had the largest one last year and finished it - but to my later regret. I wasn't quite ready for it. Instead of keeping me going all day, it stopped me for the rest of the morning.

Oh joy!

Variety of delicious kinds of foods for breakfast would get anyone going well for the day. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Of course, eating too much could make a person tired and want to take a brunch-nap. When you are off on that camping and fishing trip, what kind of fish do you desire to catch? I personally just went fishing for the first time a few weeks ago and caught bluegills and rock bass.

This will be coarse fishing in England; i.e. in rivers and lakes for fish that are not game fish (trout,salmon etc). So I will be going for carp and tench mainly from the lakes. I expect to get a bream now and then, but there's no sport in bream - it's like pulling in a wet towel. Various methods to use; float, leger, mid-depth, surface bait, bottom bait.

And it's just for sport, so they all go back fit and healthy to fight another day. So we have to use barbless hooks and lead-free shot on the line.

Xtraordinarily good to be fit and healthy for another day. I didn't use a barbless hook and lead-free shot on the line, but a hook with an Xtraordinarily fat nightcrawler. For me, just learning about the sport of fishing.

Even put some redness to my forearms, as I was able to get out-there, in the back-garden and continue
