It certainly didn't happen in GA. The hand count was very close to the Dominion count and didn't change any outcome and the same in Wisconsin.

On one hand you say that,"Yes, Bill Barr said that" while on the other hand you claim it is fake news.

Barr has been one of the biggest sycophants in Donald's administration so for him to directly contradict his boss, especially after we all witnessed what happened to his predecessor Sessions for not violating his oath of office, is yuge!

My understanding is that Barr used to be a respectable person before turning into a Trump sycophant. He said what he said to clear his own name and legacy before leaving the administration.
