If that is the case then Genesis 3 clearly states that Eve was formed to be a helper for Adam. They were both created on the same day. If it is day 3 then why isn't it mentioned in that day, after all it is a significant even of man being created and yet no mention of it. But I will ask again, was the garden ever mentioned in Geneisis 1?

Because you are reading Hebrew and trying to covert it to English, which can be misleading. Here is WHY. Gen 2:4-7 shows that man (Adam) was "formed" on the 3rd Day by the Hands of Lord God (YHWH/Jesus)

Gen 1:27 shows that Adam AND Eve were "created" by God (Elohim-Trinity) on the 6th Day. Some don't notice the difference but study reveals that the Hebrew word for "formed" means molding the clay like a potter AND every time God "creates" it's an Eternal Creation. Adam was made physically on the 3rd Day before the plants herbs and trees. Eve was made on the 6th Day Gen 2:22 but BOTH were "created" Eternally and Spiritually in Christ at the SAME time. Gen 5:1-2 This is confirmed in the New Testament:

1 Corinthians 15:46
Howbeit that was NOT first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

The Garden is the place where Jesus placed the plants, herbs, and Trees AFTER He made Adam of the dust of the ground. The overview is in Gen 1-9-13 and the details are in Gen 2:4-9. Amen?

1. I bolded the words you posted which agree that the creation elements, which were apart from God were NOT alive. That means they are dead or separated from the everlasting LIVING God.

2. Amen, since Jesus IS the only Image of the invisible God. Col 1:15 He came forth from within the invisible Spirit of God to defeat the darkness/death which was upon everything apart from God and make a Perfect Everlasting Heaven with people who will never die. Jesus is the Light of the world but He is also the Literal light of the first Day. IF He was not, then the following verse would be untrue:

Col 1:18 And He is the head of the Body, the Church: Who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in ***ALL*** things He might have the preeminence. (First Place)

Just as Jesus was the Literal light of the first 3 Days of creation, He is ALSO the Literal light of New Jerusalem in Heaven. Rev 21:23

3. You forgot to tell us when Jesus came into the physical world with a Glory (brightness) which is a physical trait. Since He made everything, He had to be there on the first Day physically. God the Father is an Invisible Spirit and NO man has ever or can ever see Him because He's the Spirit of Love. Can you identify what Love looks like? The closest you can come is to identify Jesus. Amen?

God created--Nothing is apart from God. The earth was empty, void--just water--which is still a living thing--Christ being the living water, after all. I did not say He created a dead planet--just that there was nothing but rock (or the core)and water. And then the light. Christ was already in existence--He always was, He is the one that created the earth, so He was in existence before the world began--as I quoted in that 1st post. He did not need to be separated from God. He was not the created light--He was never created---The firstborn from the dead is not in reference to creation, it is in reference to the resurrection. But He will be the light of New Jerusalem. Please reread John 1:1-3---nothing was created without Him---And the angels came before man, so He created the angels, too. He and God are one, in spirit. God is love--so we can only describe love by it's attributes--kind, long-suffering, and so on--everything that describes God---they are both Love. The union of God, Jesus and the Holy spirit is not, can not be, fully comprehended by us--for now.

I will post the mechanical translation from Hebrew also:

http://www.mechanical-translation.org/mt/translation1.html

Genesis 1:1
in the summit Elohiym fattened the skies and the land,
Genesis 1:2
and the land had existed in confusion and was unfilled, and darkness was upon the face of the deep sea and the wind of Elohiym was fluttering upon the face of the waters,

Genesis 1:3
and Elohiym said, light will exist, and light existed,
Genesis 1:4
and Elohiym saw the light given that it was functional, and Elohiym made a separation between the light and the darkness,
Genesis 1:5
and Elohiym called out to the light, day, and to the darkness he called out, night, and evening existed and morning existed, day one,

Day 2.

(Gen 1:6) And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

(Gen 1:7) And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

(Gen 1:8) And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day

Genesis 1:6
and Elohiym said, a sheet will exist in the midst of the waters, and he existed, making a separation between waters to waters,
Genesis 1:7
and Elohiym made the sheet, and he made a separation between the waters which are below for a sheet and the waters which are above for a sheet, and he existed so,

Genesis 1:8
and Elohiym called out to the sheet, skies, and evening existed and morning existed, a second day,

Day 2 is the firmament--the separation of the waters--waters above and waters below.

God created--Nothing is apart from God.

Really? Then WHY does Jesus tell us that we MUST be born again? Do you think sinners are in God or in Christ?

The earth was empty, void--just water--which is still a living thing--Christ being the living water, after all.

The water before the first Day was NOT Christ and darkness/death was upon it and THAT is Why Jesus came into the physical world from within the invisible Spirit of God. He is the Light of the first Day. He will shape the ground into Planets, Stars, and Everything which exists in physical form and He will DESTROY the darkness or death which was upon everything God created apart from Himself. 1Co 15:26

I did not say He created a dead planet--just that there was nothing but rock (or the core)and water.

There is NO mention of ANY rock or core of Adam's world. What is told is that it was "clean dissolved" in the Flood. Our Planet is covered with water but it doesn't dissolve in water because our Earth is NOT Adam's Earth.

And then the light. Christ was already in existence--He always was, He is the one that created the earth, so He was in existence before the world began--as I quoted in that 1st post.

If Christ was NOT the Light of the first Day, then WHO is? Before YHWH/Jesus came into the physical world, there was NO God in physical form. Jesus, Himself is the Son in the invisible Spirit of the Trinity and He is ALSO the only God ever formed physically or that ever will be formed physically. Isa 43:11

He did not need to be separated from God. He was not the created light--He was never created---The firstborn from the dead is not in reference to creation, it is in reference to the resurrection. But He will be the light of New Jerusalem. Please reread John 1:1-3---nothing was created without Him---

Amen, since Jesus IS the Son in the invisible Spirit of The Trinity. He wasn't separated from God, but instead, became the ONLY physical Image of the invisible Spirit of God. Col 1:15

And the angels came before man, so He created the angels, too. He and God are one, in spirit. God is love--so we can only describe love by it's attributes--kind, long-suffering, and so on--everything that describes God---they are both Love. UnScriptural since Jesus told us that the Holy Spirit would lead us into ALL Truth.

Jesus:>>Jhn 16:13 Howbeit when He, the Spirit of Truth, is come, He will guide you into ALL Truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come.

God Bless you

Really? Then WHY does Jesus tell us that we MUST be born again? Do you think sinners are in God or in Christ?
The statement your responding to was
"God created--Nothing is apart from God."

The discussion is about creation week--- Nothing was apart from God. All was unity until Lucifer became Satan--He was the first "apart" from God.

1Co 15:26

Christ was no more the water than He was the created light. Christ was not created. Was not meant literal.

(Joh 1:1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

(Joh 1:2) The same was in the beginning with God.

(Joh 1:3) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

As has been pointed out, the angels came before the earth--and Christ made them--Christ was not created on that first creation day.

There is NO mention of ANY rock or core of Adam's world. What is told is that it was "clean dissolved" in the Flood. Our Planet is covered with water but it doesn't dissolve in water because our Earth is NOT Adam's Earth.

(Gen 1:2)And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

I just meant whatever was meant by "the earth"-----As for "clean dissolved"---please provide source. It's sort of a different topic though.

UnScriptural since Jesus told us that the Holy Spirit would lead us into ALL Truth.

I said the union of the Trinity can not be understood by us yet---That is still true. The truth the Holy Spirit leads us into is regarding the revealed word of God. Not that He will lead us into all His truth--we can never achieve that kind of knowledge.

mm:>>The statement your responding to was

Then explain to us how evil is in God, since He IS Love. Is Hitler apart from God? He is unless he was "created in God's Image" or born again in Christ Spiritually, while on Earth, which I doubt. A sinner is dead to God Spiritually and that is why he will be lost unless he repents of his evil ways.

mm:>>The discussion is about creation week--- Nothing was apart from God. All was unity until Lucifer became Satan--He was the first "apart" from God.

Carefully study Genesis Chapter 1 and you will find that it tells the complete History, including future events, of the first 6 Creative Days. A good example is when Jesus changes ALL creatures into vegetarians, at the end of the present 6th Day, Gen 1:30 and the details of this prophecy are told in Isaiah 11:1-7. The Creation Week continues today since God is STILL creating Adam (mankind) in Christ Today. Gen 1:27

1Co 15:26

mm:>>Christ was no more the water than He was the created light. Christ was not created. Was not meant literal.

You keep repeating that Christ was not created. I agree, He came forth from within the invisible Spirit of God into the physical world which He, the Father, and the Holy Spirit had created before the first Day. Gen 1:1-2

(mm:>>Joh 1:1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
(Joh 1:2) The same was in the beginning with God.
(Joh 1:3) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

As has been pointed out, the angels came before the earth--and Christ made them--Christ was not created on that first creation day.

You keep repeating something which I have not said. No one has claimed that Christ was created. He was in the Godhead, the Spirit of Love, before the darkness.

There is NO mention of ANY rock or core of Adam's world. What is told is that it was "clean dissolved" in the Flood. Our Planet is covered with water but it doesn't dissolve in water because our Earth is NOT Adam's Earth.

(Gen 1:2)And the earth (ground) was without form, and void;(empty) and darkness (death) was upon the face of the deep.(water) And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

I just meant whatever was meant by "the earth"-----As for "clean dissolved"---please provide source. It's sort of a different topic though.

The following is very precise so read it all in order to understand.

17 Fear, and the pit, and the SNARE (Trap), are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth. 18 And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the SNARE:

At the end of time, those who are in the pit (Hell) will come up out of the pit and be trapped in the Snare. The next lines are not speaking of a future event, but of the Trap which many people who have falsely taught evolution to innocent children will be trapped in.

for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake. 19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. 20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

The above could only be speaking of the Flood since that is the SNARE which has trapped the False ToE because Evolutionists didn't notice that Adam's world was clean dissolved in the Flood. Their entire idea that Humans evolved from the common ancestor of Apes, on our Planet, is shown to be incomplete and untrue.

UnScriptural since Jesus told us that the Holy Spirit would lead us into ALLTruth.

I have. God the Father spoke Let there be Light and the invisible Spirit of God came into the physical world as the ONLY God ever formed or that ever will be formed. His name is Jesus and He is the Creator of ALL, along with the Father and the Holy Spirit. We know this because the name God (Elohim-Godhead) is used Exclusively in Genesis Chapter 1. The name YHWH/Jesus first appears in Gen 2:4 which is just AFTER the entire History of God's 7 Days is told. God Bless you

Because you are reading Hebrew and trying to covert it to English, which can be misleading. Here is WHY. Gen 2:4-7 shows that man (Adam) was "formed" on the 3rd Day by the Hands of Lord God (YHWH/Jesus)

If Adam was created on day 3 then so muct the animals have been created on that day also. But one question I have is why doesn't the Bible mention such an event on day 3? In the first chapter we don' see God mentioning Adam being created on day 3.

Adam was "formed" on day 3 by the Lord God (YHWH/Jesus). Gen 2:4-7
Adam was "created" on day 6 by God (Elohim-Godhead) at the SAME time Eve was also "created" by God. Gen 1:27 and Gen 5:1-2
Eve was NOT made until the 6th Day. Gen 2:22

To be "created in God's Image" is to be born again Spiritually in Christ and this takes the AGREEMENT of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Gen 1:26 and John 14:16

Every living creature that moves was made on the 5th Day from the water. Gen 1:21

Here is one of God's secrets which He hid in Genesis:

The first 34 verses of Genesis tell the ENTIRE History of God's 7 Days/Ages of Creation. This includes events which will not take place until AFTER Jesus returns at the end of time and changes ALL creatures into vegetarians. Gen 1:30 and Isa 11:7

Genesis chapter one tells the entire History of God's 6 Days of labor and the first 3 verses in Gen two tells us of a future Day, which never ends, the 7th Day. God continues to create Adam (mankind) in His Image or Spiritually in Christ Today, since Today remains the 6th Creative Day.

ALL of the rest of the Bible, all the way through Revelation, refers BACK to the events of one God's 7 Days as shown in the first 34 verses of Genesis. Genesis 1 is an OUTLINE of ALL of the rest of the Bible. From Gen 2:4-Rev 22 tells us the DETAILS of those 7 Days.

Genesis 2:4-7 is a good example since it takes us BACK to the events of the 3rd Day of Creation AFTER Adam's Earth is made but BEFORE the plants, herbs and trees GREW on the 3rd Day Gen 1:12 was when Adam was made on the 3rd Day. See what I mean?

We can't even get past the first day!!--There is no way that we will ever come to any agreement when your God and mine are 2 different Gods. Mine is love. justice, mercy--there is no evil in Him, never was, never will be. He is perfect--Yours is a God that creates evil, mine does not. Lucifer became evil through his own choice, not God's. There was no evil before Satan.
(Eze 28:14) Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
(Eze 28:15) Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

There was no sinner before the fall--only Satan and his followers. Adam and Eve did not sin until they disobeyed by eating of the fruit. Only until after the fall did anyone have to be born again. Satan and his minions can not be born again. Adam and Eve did not need to be born again before the fall!!

Isa 43:11

You are contradicting yourself--you say Christ was formed physically---that means He was created--He was not. Christ was not "formed physically" until the Holy Spirit conceived Him in Mary. Before that He was the creator of all things.

We need to stay on track--were are on day one and 2--haven't gotten to the other days yet---ONE DAY AT A TIME, PLEASE. The flood is a long time away from day one.

The while of Isa 24 is dealing with this incident. here is the start of it. Verse 2 omitted just for brevity.

(Isa 24:1) Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.
(Isa 24:3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken this word.
(Isa 24:4) The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.
(Isa 24:5) The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
(Isa 24:6) Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

(Isa 24:15) Wherefore glorify ye the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea.

There is no mention of a fire during the flood.

Here is the ending of the chapter:

(Isa 24:21) And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.
(Isa 24:22) And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.
(Isa 24:23) Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.

when this whole chapter is taken in context, it is not talking about the flood.
The Jewish version (Isa 24:19) The earth is broken, broken down, the earth is crumbled in pieces, the earth trembleth and tottereth;

BROKEN---very different from dissolved.

1. We can't even get past the first day!!--There is no way that we will ever come to any agreement when your God and mine are 2 different Gods. Mine is love. justice, mercy--there is no evil in Him, never was, never will be. He is perfect--Yours is a God that creates evil, mine does not.

1. God created evil. Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

2. Satan was made perfect as an ArchAngel (highest Angel) but like Adam, darkness was found in him and a third of the other Angels.

3. Correction: Adam and Eve did not DIE until they disobeyed. Adam (mankind) continues to die Today.

4. YHWH/Jesus was NOT created as you continue to post. God Himself became YHWH, the only God ever formed or that ever will be formed. YHWH came to Earth as Jesus:

Isa:43:11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside Me there is no Saviour.

5. Amen. The Flood didn't happen until the 6th Day. Amen?

Of course not since this happens AFTER Jesus returns to this world in the FUTURE.

Which ALTERED version of Scripture do you use? Here it is in the KJV:

Isa 24:18 And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit (Hell) shall be taken in the SNARE: (Trap)

How can you possibly understand Scripture when you are using an altered version? Your version says nothing about the Snare. Do you have any idea what the SNARE is? The people who come up out of the pit at the Judgment will think they are going to heaven only to be taken in God's Trap which He set with the Flood which He identifies here:

for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.
Isa 24:19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. Isa 24:20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

The SNARE is the Flood because it totally destroys the False Theory of Evolution. The people who come out of the pit offended little children who believed in Jesus and now must pay a penalty for teaching the Lie of evolution to our children. Jesus says:

Mat 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in Me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

God allows evil---if you believe God actually created evil, then He created it and then destroys those who do evil--you are accusing God of being responsible for that which He will destroy you for. God knows evil--and hates it
(Pro 8:13) The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
(Psa 97:10) O ye that love the LORD, hate evil; He preserveth the souls of His saints; He delivered them out of the hand of the wicked.
(Zec 8:17) and let none of you devise evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath; for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.'
(Mal 2:17) Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say: 'Wherein have we wearied Him?' In that ye say: 'Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and He delighteth in them; or where is the God of justice?'

2.Correct--He was created perfect--the iniquity was something he dwelt on--God did not put it in him.

3. Disobedience was the sin--that is when they started to die.

4. Correct--yet you keep saying He was formed---that is created--He wasn't formed--He always was. Something that is formed, is made at the time it is formed.

5. Wrong--there is no mention of a flood on the 6th day--that was the day Adam was formed. The flood happened after Adam died. We are still on day one of creation. Are we ready t go to day 2?

I am not using an "altered version"--I said what I was quoting from--that is a Jewish translation--far more accurate, it is the language it was written in. This is called a mechanical translation. The snare is not mentioned because I did not quote Isa 24:18--Here it is.
Jewish (Isa 24:18) And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the terror shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the trap; for the windows on high are opened, and the foundations of the earth do shake;

The whole chapter is not about the flood--as I pointed out--the word dissolved is actually crumbled, broken--and it talks about fires and there is no mention of fires during the flood---don't usually go together.
The flood has never destroyed the theory of evolution as they do not believe in the world flood to begin with. Your concept of the earth dissolving into nothingness makes no sense---Noah was on water and had to wait for dry land to appear after the water receded. The earth was still there--it had not disappeared into nothingness leaving Noah in the ark with the animals floating around in space.
(Gen 8:1) And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that were with him in the ark; and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged;
(Gen 8:3) And the waters returned from off the earth continually; and after the end of a hundred and fifty days the waters decreased.
(Gen 8:4) And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
(Gen 8:5) And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month; in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen.
(Gen 8:9) But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him to the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth; and he put forth his hand, and took her, and brought her in unto him into the ark.
(Gen 8:13) And it came to pass in the six hundred and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth; and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and behold, the face of the ground was dried.

The mountains, the earth, all still there as the waters dried up and the dry land appeared---it had not dissolved. And evolution would make mincemeat of your theory as the earths record shows no such thing ever happened. No creation scientist would ever agree with your theory as there is no physical proof that the earth was dissolved and remade and the word of God does not agree with you---can we get back to day 2 yet--we got more days to go.

1. I am not using an "altered version"--I said what I was quoting from--that is a Jewish translation--far more accurate, it is the language it was written in. This is called a mechanical translation.

It doesn't matter since you are following the views of those who called for the Crucifixion of their own God. Luk 23:21

2. The snare is not mentioned because I did not quote Isa 24:18--Here it is.
Jewish (Isa 24:18) And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the terror shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the trap; for the windows on high are opened, and the foundations of the earth do shake;

The trap is shown here. What you didn't explain was What is the Trap?

3. The whole chapter is not about the flood--as I pointed out--the word dissolved is actually crumbled, broken--and it talks about fires and there is no mention of fires during the flood---don't usually go together.

Are you Jewish? Then WHY are you studying their version?

4. The flood has never destroyed the theory of evolution as they do not believe in the world flood to begin with.

I know. What the Flood shows is that Adam, the first Human, did NOT evolve from the common ancestor of Apes, on this Earth, but was made long BEFORE any other living creature on the 3rd Day Gen 2:4-7 which is the SAME Day as the Big Bang of our Cosmos. Evolutionists have been pushing their False ToE upon our children for more than 50 years now. It's time for Christians to REFUTE their False ToE with God's Truth.

5. Your concept of the earth dissolving into nothingness makes no sense---Noah was on water and had to wait for dry land to appear after the water receded.

The Ark was on the surface of Lake Van, Turkey 150 days after the flood began. Gen 8:4 It was also above the highest mountains on Adam's Earth on the SAME 150 days after the flood began Gen 7:20-24

God told Noah that He was going to destroy the violent people of Adam's Earth WITH THE EARTH. Gen 6:13
God told Noah after the Flood that He would never again DESTROY THE EARTH in a Flood. Gen 9:11
God tells us that He SPARED NOT the old world: 2Pe 2:5
God speaks of Adam's Earth as the world (kosmos) that THEN WAS.

2Pe 3:6 Whereby the world (Kosmos) that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: (Greek-destroyed totally)

God speaks of the heavens and Earth WHICH ARE NOW which will be burned.

2Pe 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire

6. The earth was still there--it had not disappeared into nothingness leaving Noah in the ark with the animals floating around in space.

Amen. The Ark surfaced in Lake Van, Turkey the biggest Lake in Turkey and the only one in the mountains of Ararat. It was a perfect place for a 450 ft boat. Amen?

7:>>Gen 8:1) And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that were with him in the ark; and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged;

Again, your altered version changes the word asswaged into assuaged. Such tinkering is obvious. Here is the KJV:

Gen 8:1And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;

Asswaged is the Hebrew word Shakak (H7918) and it can also mean to set a Trap. Here it is used in this manner:

Jer 5:26 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as He that setteth H7918 snares; they set a trap, they catch men.

This is important since the narrative is between the time when the Ark was above the highest mountains on Adam's Earth on the 150th Day after the flood began Gen 7:24 AND when the Ark was upon the mountains of Ararat on the SAME 150th Day after the flood began. Gen 8:4 God set a Trap for today's Evols with the flood.

8. (Gen 8:3) And the waters returned from off the earth continually; and after the end of a hundred and fifty days the waters decreased.
(Gen 8:4) And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

The Flood began on Feb 17th of Noah's 600th year. Gen 7:11
The Ark rested on the mountains of Ararat n July 17th or 150 days after the flood began. Gen 8:4
With your understanding explain that.

9. (Gen 8:5) And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month; in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen.

This was when the small window in the top of the Ark was opened. Until October 1st they could NOT see through the roof of the Ark. If they had opened the window on 7/17, they could have seen the tops of the mountains then.

(Gen 8:9) But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him to the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth; and he put forth his hand, and took her, and brought her in unto him into the ark.

Why did you leave the verses out which showed that BEFORE the verse you posted, Noah released a Raven which did NOT return to the Ark. Then he released the Dove who returned and Noah thought the waters were on the face of the whole earth, so he took her back into the ark. Then Noah waited 7 days and released the Dove again and this time she returned with an Olive leaf in her mouth.

Explain HOW an Olive tree can germinate in the mud of a flooded Earth, grow up into a tree and put forth leaves in One week. Olive trees can take up to a year to germinate.

10. (Gen 8:13) And it came to pass in the six hundred and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth; and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and behold, the face of the ground was dried.

On Jan 1, Noah KNEW the ground was dry, but he was afraid to come out of the Ark.

11. The mountains, the earth, all still there as the waters dried up and the dry land appeared---it had not dissolved.

Then WHY did Noah stay in the Ark for another 2 months? Notice the date. It's January 1st. Do you think the 450 foot Ark was on top of Mt Ararat or in Lake Van, Turkey. IF Noah had been on 16,000 ft high Mt Ararat, he could Not have stayed there in the middle of winter. Please explain.

12. And evolution would make mincemeat of your theory as the earths record shows no such thing ever happened. No creation scientist would ever agree with your theory as there is no physical proof that the earth was dissolved and remade and the word of God does not agree with you---can we get back to day 2 yet--we got more days to go.

I've been online since the mid 90s and NO Evol has EVER refuted my view Scientifically nor Historically. The reason is simple. I am a converted Evol, which means that I once believed the biggest Lie in History, the False ToE. I know about evolution and I also know that the Religion of Evolutionism is NOT Science. I've also studied Genesis for more than 30 years with the help of the Holy Spirit and I have NEVER had any problem with any Bible believing born again Spiritual Christian. God Bless you

1. You've got to be kidding!! You dismiss the language of the bible as it was written?? The Jews called for the crucifixion of Christ and that makes the Hebrew language that the bible was written in of no value??--Without that language you would have no bible!! Moses was Jewish, Jesus was a Jew, all the first disciples were Jewish--That is a remarkably bigoted, non-Christian statement, and totally foolish. Do you honestly believe that bible was written in the Kings English???

2. I did not quote that verse because I really have no interest in that verse as it pertains to creation week!

3. No, I am not Jewish, I am Hispanic and German with a little English mixed in---if that matters. I am studying the bible and using the Jewish translation ALSO as it was the original language it was written in and that is what the translators also do--including those that did the KJV--didn't you know??

4. The flood can prove nothing to those who do not believe in it. It is creation week, simply being the record of the work of God's creation, states that God created man, not that he evolved from apes. For those who believe in creation, that is all we need to prove it. For the evolutionists---nothing in the bible proves anything to them as they do not believe in it. Christians have been refuting evolution since its inception, except until lately when some creationists are believing that God started the evolutionary process, which is not something I believe in. We are STILL on day one of the creation week--should we jus jump ahead to day 3 now? OK by me.

5-6. You keep saying that the word "dissolved" means that the world was utterly gone--no it wasn't it was destroyed by water, but did not dissolve into nothing. The ark landed on mountains that were still on this earth--you said that earth was dissolved into nothing and God created a new one---nothing of the sort is stated in the bible. Noah waited for the dry land to appear, but waited on an existing mountain top. This world will be burned up when He returns. and remade then.

7. Now you are using the Hebrew words!!! For someone who complains about others using the altered versions when using Hebrew versions, it is ok when you use it?

I have tried to keep you from going all over the place and just stick to one thing at a time--it's a loosing battle!! The topic is creation week and we have to get into the flood??! The 2 are not related!!
Obviously, the earth had not dissolved! It was very much there, under the water and God brought a wind that abated the waters and the dry land appeared. Noah was in the ark for over a year--. Doesn't matter when Noah came out--God sustained him during the flood and afterwards, the bible states what happened you are adding stuff that is just simply not there. No dissolved earth. A destroyed earth yes, but not evaporated!

(Gen 7:11) In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
(Gen 8:4) And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
(Gen 8:13) And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
(Gen 8:14) And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.
(Gen 8:16) Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee.

And just for your information---the months of the year are not the same as ours---the Hebrew numbering of the months do not correspond to ours. The 13th mth is added about every 2-3 years.

I don't dismiss the language of the Bible as it was written but I do NOT follow the Jewish Religion. Your views are the same as the Bible tells us that ancient men could NOT understand Dan 12:4 until the last days of this world. That's the man made Religion I oppose.

2. I did not quote that verse because I really have no interest in that verse as it pertains to creation week!

You don't seem to know that EVERY verse in the Bible is referring to God's complete History of His 7 Days as written in the first 34 verses of Genesis. It is referring to the events of the present 6th Day/Age, the Day of the Flood, the Day of Salvation, and the Day of Judgment.

3. No, I am not Jewish, I am Hispanic and German with a little English mixed in---if that matters. I am studying the bible and using the Jewish translation ALSO as it was the original language it was written in and that is what the translators also do--including those that did the KJV--didn't you know??

Of course I knew BUT the men who interpreted those words had NO idea what they meant, so neither do you, since you follow those ancient men's Religion/Theology.

4. The flood can prove nothing to those who do not believe in it. It is creation week, simply being the record of the work of God's creation, states that God created man, not that he evolved from apes. No, since Today is the 6th Day. We live Today at Gen 1:27 because God (The Trinity) is STILL creating Adam (Heb-mankind) in His Image which is in Jesus Christ. The Prophecy of Gen 1:28-31 will NOT happen until AFTER Jesus returns to rule and reign for a thousand years on this Planet. At that time, Jesus will change all living creatures into vegetarians. Gen 1:30 You can read of the fulfillment of this PROPHECY in Isaiah 11:1-7 The end of the present 6th Day is FUTURE.

5-6. You keep saying that the word "dissolved" means that the world was utterly gone--no it wasn't it was destroyed by water, but did not dissolve into nothing. False since ll Peter 3:10 tells us that the present Cosmos will be burned. I've told you before that the 3rd Heaven is the object of the Creation and the home of ALL Christians after this lost and dying world is totally destroyed in Fire. Jesus told us this:

Jhn 14:2 In My Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Why would Jesus prepare a place for us in another Heaven and then burn this Heaven and remake the Earth which crucified Him? It doesn't compute and cannot be shown Scripturally but it is the ancient traditional view of some Religions. Amen?
