However people who have had abortion are people who must be helped, not hated.
i think they mean like if someone needs counseling cuz they realized they made a mistake by getting the abortion...However, what do you mean by "helped"?

sorry, i was only trying to help. That's fine, but i was kind of hoping the person whom I asked would answer.
Good or bad for whom?
The question is not whether abortion is good or bad. I know of no one who goes around asking pregnant women to get abortions. We all think abortion should be avoided. The question is whether a woman should be forced to keep a pregnancy she does not wish to keep.zethros_the_shadowhunter said:what are you guys and or girls stand on the issue of abortion
i think it is a bad thing every one deserves a chance to live
The problem with the question is that we don't know all the facts. What if this woman is a 15 year old who was raped by the boys next door, or by her father (God forbid)? Once you start adding facts to the mix everything changes.Panther_Shadow83 said:
erm... i think for everyone... like is it good if a woman as an abortion or is it bad... does that make sense??

They would change them if you were the girl.JunkYardDog said:Why would those facts change whether or not it is right to murder and innocent child?

You carefully tiptoed around the fact that "YOU ARE NOT THE GIRL." The issue is not whether one ever regrets having an abortion.JunkYardDog said:Not really. I have interviewed women who have become pregnant under tough circumstances and those who had abortions always regretted it (and not all of these were "pro-life" when they said this).

It does amaze me how when it comes to another of other areas in which the Bible is equally vocal we suddenly find that truth CAN be relative. Hey, we even ended up making Jesus be an advocate of divorce on the basis of such selective reasoning.MC1171611 said:Ok, now I'm not a girl (never have been) but I know that TRUTH IS NEVER RELATIVE. If something is wrong, then it will always be wrong, regardless of the circumstances. If you want to have an abortion, then I can't stop you, but remember, the heart is: "decietful above all things, and desperately wicked, who can know it?"
