What is "New" about this one? Gimme a hint and maybe I'll waste my time with THIS one. But otherwise I'm going to assume I already know the fruit of this particular tree.

So do you REALLY think Roy's latest video is going to contain something I've not heard before? Considering I've been at this for 3X as long as you.

all I can say is if you watch the first 10 minutes, you will either love it or hate it.

Y'know, this makes me wonder what other Christians think of evangelicals like Ray Comfort. How is he generally viewed?

ray comfort had a hard start. Many evangelicals thought of his views as too harsh, but they in reality didn't understand exactly what he was doing. I have listened to probably a hundred of hours of ray comfort. I like him. I didn't at first. But I verses myself in it, instead of just critiquing it.

I'm sure in Grady is just overwhelmed because some of us tend to use multisyllabic words and technical details. It's OK. If someone can't even explain their own position but have to just post someone else's videos anything that requires thought or education to understand is probably indifferentiable from "walls of empty text".

I used to be a very good friend of a Lutheran Minister. This was before I even got on the internet and had no idea who he was.

To put it mildly his opinion was not very high. He could see how dishonest the man was, and this was in the late 90's.

They only need to have better things to do with their time than to spend an hour watching a sleep inducing youtube video. Especially one made by Ray Banana Comfort.

Did you just claim that I lied? It appears that way. That is against the rules here. I do not have to lie. I demonstrated that Comfort dishonestly edited his own videos by linking one that he edited later.
I proved that Comfort is a liar. He is clearly a fool when it comes to the science that he does not understand.

So why do you like to follow a fool and a liar?

Like I said, I've been in Creation-Evolution discussions now for about 30 years. I've seen Roy Comfort's stuff before. I've seen SO MANY creationists' stuff. I'm more interested in what, specifically, TECHNICALLY interests you.

The fact that you can't quite communicate that indicates to me you might not fully understand the topic on a technical level.

Only a very simple minded person could be reduced to terror.

One is more likely to die laughing at Ray Comfort than that.

I'm still ahead of you. So tell me what it is about Roy's points YOU find most compelling from a technical standpoint. (AND, here's the kicker, I've actually got advanced university degrees and some experience around parts of this topic...shhhh, don't tell anyone! That's why I've been involved in the discussion for so many, many years.)

It gets rather frustrating when creationists continually demonstrate that they do not have one iota of understanding of what science is or how it is done.

That's hard core.

I've probably listened to a few hours of him total (both in debates, interviews and some of his goofy interview). I just find his apologetics approach to be incredibly weak. His whole "Are you a good person? Have you ever lied? Stolen?" and then claiming that therefore people are going to hell and need to be 'saved', it comes off like he's trying to sell a person an insurance policy. But for those who do truly adopt a spiritual belief, I would hope they would do some genuine soul-searching and be fundamentally honest with themselves. Not just buying insurance from a guy on the street.
