Hey we agree - there is no such "property" in matter in the basic elements of the lifeless rock that determines that the rock will produce rabbits or a horse given enough time and chance "stories" all the way up "mount improbable" to use some of Dawkins terms.

No, we don't agree because your version of things is a strawman.

The process of evolution producing complex organisms over time isn't specifically determined by a "property" in basic atomic manner. Rather, the complexity of biological forms is emergent as a result of the physical interactions in biochemistry and the evolutionary process.

I've suggested it before and I'll suggest it again: read up on the concept of emergent properties. I think it would clear up a lot of things for you.
