As a born again Christian...I believe that by the Stripes of Jesus I have been healed (past tense, already done). However, I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Chronic fatigue syndrome and I don't have the manifestation of that healing yet.
Part of the symptoms that this illness has is cognitive dysfunction and so somtimes my words and thoughts get a little confused.
I don't like saying I am sick....as the Word clearly states that by the stripes of Jesus I was healed.
How would you explain to someone why your so spacey and can't talk straight, or forgetful etc...without saying your sick?
The reason I am asking is because I answered a post the other day and my reply was not to the original poster but to someone else who had also replied. I wanted to apologize to the OP and started to say...doing stuff like this is part of my illness...but I really didn't want to confess that!
If you really believe that we have been healed already but it's not manifested how have you changed your words when you try to share with someone why you have certian physical problems but still believe your healed?
I would really like some feed back.
