Nevermind, I don't think we are on the same page. Anyway, lets just go on.

I posted the first post. Yes, I KNOW that I will get a lot of crap for such a long post, but since you all have read the OOC you can skip the first two sections as I have indicated. Everything in the post will setup what Bethany is, and hopefully answer your questions while creating new ones.

As for my [main non-player] character, he is Daniel Annuit. As for the thread, it is here.

Tomorrow and Tuesday I will be at college taking a GED test so that I can apply for the fall semester. I may not be on until the evening of both of these days, so don't feel bad if it takes you more than one sitting to read the post and post. Either way, I feel like you should read the post. I promise long posts won't become a norm for me; this way just set up.

So, enjoy!

PLAYERS:
GodFlute2 - Ami Harris
Tonaki - Sai Oinori
Brilliand - Roderick Truman
Lady Knight - Annabelle Lee Hawthorn (Belle)

Light will be around later, and there will likely be one more player to join any day now.

ATM I'm trying to write a letter to my bf. Seeing as to how I dont have access to a printer and my hand writing sucks this might take a bit, lol. I'll read up and see what I can post in a lil bit.
Oh and I just thought of some thing that might be good for my char later.....maybe not. Most likely not. But I'll ask any ways. Would there be libraries, printing presses or scribes around in bethany?

Why not just run with it? The other characters have to make their introduction anyway. It's not like we're making any plot changing discussions, just introductions.

I don't want to pack an hour-long conversation into five seconds - it makes the story too inconsistent. We have less than a minute, we spend less than a minute.

Sylvengard said "don't be late." I assume that means that something is going to happen right at noon.

(This is going to test everyone's sense of time... I wonder if we can get to Sylvengard's post without introducing a temporal paradox.)

EDIT: Uh... or I guess I could just edit the statements about time out of my first post...

Okay, I've edited out the mentions of time. Our characters are now interacting well before anything else happens. (I think that will require you removing noon from your post as well, but it mean that I won't have to be so strict about the time.)

Good luck with that, Flute. If strict and exacting is how Brill handles reality, that is probably indicative of a love for correctness. A very good thing in the right context. But from the above posts, it appears that asking him to "loosen up" will probably prompt him to be strict and exacting about "loosening up". :p (No offense meant to Brill... I just think it's funny, and I in no way presume to have seen correctly.)

Hey, syl... Any suggestions for me? at this point, i like to play strong characters i'm kind of over the days i had any desire to play dark, twisted things. lol

I'll probably be much more flexible once my character reaches full power, but for now, I have to keep him on a tight leash. This roleplay is still pretty realistic... it will be a while before we escape properly into fantasy. But then, when that happens the rules become even more important to avoid godmoding.
