CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Welcome back AnointedPoetess!!!I have been praying for you dear one. Please know that the Lord is there watching you. Let me tell you a story...JUST a week ago I was REALLY down and out so I went to my new place and went into my empty closet and shut the door...listen to the sounds of the LORD (thunderstorm) and PRAYED...I stuck my hand out to Him. NOT out of the closet BUT up towards the bar that is in my closet to hang my clothes. Asking Jesus to hold my hand. To the right of me was my little stuffed animals. The quietness and WARMTH from the Lord was JUST so peiceful.
NOW that closet is filled with shoes and clothes BUT I have rearranged my room so that my hopechest in RIGHT by the window with my little plants and there is a foot between my bed and the wall JUST IN CASE I need to get away and be with the Lord in prayer!!!
Hope this works for you my friend!!!!!
