As simply being heavier than air will keep a person grounded.
How can you have weight without gravity? Don’t you even physics?

My argument exactly, its seems strange that Newton should quote his gravity theory in 1666 a short while after Copernicus's theory.

1666 -

Gravity wasn't invented - except, maybe, by God who has created ALL things.
If 1666 was when he made this discovery, then that was the year. I don't see what's so funny about it (pretending not to know that you think it's something to do with the antichrist because it has 666 in it. )

Okay I can except gravity, but I will never except that it is the force of gravity that keeps all the seas on a ball.
Maybe you don't really know what gravity is, then.

Do you even know that the Newton's theory of gravity was wrong? He explained it as a force, but it began to show weakness when scientists studied the orbit of Mercury.

Albert Einstein came with a better explanation - General theory of relativity - gravity is not a force, but rather a curvature of space caused by mass. The year was 1915. Long ago enough for you to catch up.

If you now can accept gravity, why shouldn't it (or better, why shouldn't God use it to) keep the water in the seas on earth? (I am assuming you meant "accept" and not "except").

Never said it was.
D Taylor did and you quoted their post without saying that you disagreed with some of it.
In fact your words were "my thoughts exactly".

Explain it to me then.
I think you would really benefit from buying (or borrowing in a public library) some popular science book about physics. There are some good ones - entertaining to read and presenting the concepts right.

You mean like when God didn't stop the sun & sits on ball ???
This is the same kind of rhetorical questions like "So Jesus is not a literal door and we are not literal sheep"?

I would say small children are tolerated such thinking, but adults? Adults should understand symbolism. BTW, Bible does not say God sits on Earth, you got even this thing wrong.
