To cease creating is to cease creating. The bible says God created Adam and Eve on day 6 and that is what He did and He then ceased creating. Period.

I don't think that's correct. God is always creating, and has been doing so continually since the beginning. Jesus clarified this for us in John 5:17:

So, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish leaders began to persecute him. In his defense Jesus said to them,“My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.”

Spiritual matters are dealt with at a spiritual level and have nothing to do with the creation of the physical, and do not require separate "creations"-it is a matter of the mind and heart.

Genesis 2:2-3 repeats that God rests (Ceases) from ALL of His work of creating on the 6th Day and then He enters the 7th Day.

IF what you suppose were true, God would have "ceased creating" in the beginning and could NOT have died on the Cross for our sins. UNLESS, you don't think Jesus IS God, incarnate?

Also, Do you think the Holy Spirit has already Ceased from ALL of His work of "creating" sinners in Christ Spiritually?

Sorry, but your ideas are not Scriptural.

Amen. Since it takes the AGREEMENT of The Trinity to "create" a new creature in Christ Spiritually, Gen 1:26 and John 14:16, they continue to work today to fill the 3rd Heaven with ALL of it's host or inhabitants until the end of the present 6th Day.

At the beginning of the 7th Day, AFTER ALL of Heavens "host" is safely in Heaven Gen 2:1 God The Trinity ceases to create since Heaven has been brought to perfection, which is the way ALL of God's perfect works always end. God Bless you

Amen, God (Trinity) created both Adam and Eve on the present 6th Day. Gen 1:27

Adam was "formed" by Lord God/Jesus, of the dust on the 3rd Day before the plants herbs and rain. Gen 2:4-7

That thought is like a pinball in a pinball machine. Bouncing off everything with no sense of direction. You superimposed Genesis 2 over Genesis 1? Nonsense. You should not be listened to. Its not even clever. Its audacity.

God has not taken dust and created any human or earthly creature since creation. He gave Adam and Eve and every creature the gift of carrying on His creation by reproducing. God maintains. Spiritual matters, are of the mind and heart, but you are entitled to any believe you wish.

The Holy Spirit has not created any earthly creature since creation week either. He deals with spiritual matters of the mind and heart. Jesus Christ always was and always will be. You ideas are neither scriptural nor make any sense, and I agree with post # 945.

What is clear is that you don't understand HOW Genesis is written. Genesis chapter one is the entire History of God's 6 Days/Ages, including events which are future to our time which happen AFTER Jesus returns at Armageddon. Gen 1:28-31

It's simple. God told the entire History of His Creation, which ends on the 7th Day, in the first 34 verses of Genesis.

EVERYthing else, from Gen 2:4 to the end of Revelation, are the details concerning and related to one of these 7 Days/Times in the Creation of the perfect Heaven.

IOW, God has but 7 Days/Ages and the 7th is Eternity. Amen?

God did NOT create any creature from the dust of the ground. That was Lord God (YHWH/Jesus) Gen 2:7

*** He gave Adam and Eve and every creature the gift of carrying on His creation by reproducing. God maintains. Spiritual matters, are of the mind and heart, but you are entitled to any believe you wish.

I prefer the one written in Gen 1:26 and Gen 5:1-2. BOTH agree that Adam, who was formed on the 3rd Day, Gen 2:7 was "created" by God the Trinity Spiritually in Christ, on the present 6th Day. Gen 5:1-2

Adam, like all Christians, was born again Spiritually on the present Day of Salvation, the 6th Day, the last Day.

*** The Holy Spirit has not created any earthly creature since creation week either. He deals with spiritual matters of the mind and heart. Jesus Christ always was and always will be. You ideas are neither scriptural nor make any sense, and I agree with post # 945.

Don't tell Gospel preachers of your view since you don't think that it's possible for the Holy Spirit to create you a "new creature" in Christ today. Amen?

BTW. Lord God/Jesus forms makes shapes etc.

God (The Trinity) "creates". ALL of His creations are ETERNAL. Amen?

I believe you are exactly right, Aman777; and that we today, are on the last fourth day: Genesis 1:16, the only day in which, "he made the stars also."

It appears that you have weird ideas that apparently some spiritual guide is feeding you.... whom you assume is the Holy Spirit. It appears that way. For you are so wrong. And self assured at the same time.

You must learn to test the spirits. If you keep denying what the Word of God tells us, and keep playing games with the Word of God? You will be in trouble when you need to be delivered from trouble. Wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord.

No, I believe that Arman777 has discovered what the apostle Paul is trying to show us in all the epistles. That the KJV Bible is one story in one book; woven together seamlessly, by the letters of the text. It is not a lot of different stories strung together without rhyme or reason. It is a very thoughtful arrangement of the English letters from the letters of the Hebrew, and the letters of the Greek.
Amen.

That has always been evident and we need not go off into mystical ideas that go against scripture to get there.
What mystical ideas? Just because you are unfamiliar with it, doesn’t make it, “mystical.”

Paul shows us the mechanics behind finding the story of creation, through the eyes of the Lord. For example; a description of, “the beginning,” is revealed in a trio of passages, Isaiah 14:12-15, John 8:44 and Revelation 2:12-13. And the apostle Paul has shown us how to include them.

I'm after thoughts and opinions Gods 7-day creation. Did Moses right it as a narrative to the Israelites? Is Genesis all figurative language?

Thoughts and opinions on the controversial topic!
:)
I believe the entire KJV Bible is written from the beginning, which includes both the everlasting and first day; and also from the third day, of the six days of Genesis one. Today is the last fourth day, which is followed by the fifth day and sixth day; as foretold in 2 Peter 3:8, prophesied in Revelation 6:9-11 and recorded in the fourth verse of Revelation 20:1-7.

I support what I write with the agreement of Scripture, Science and History. The reason is simple. My views are not the same views as those of ancient theologians, but instead, are the words of a man of the 21st Century. Only the Christians alive in the last days, have the increased knowledge to understand me.

Amen. Can you point to any specific verse of Genesis which I distort, change or twist it's meaning? Of course not since my view MUST agree with God's Holy Word or it is nothing more than the opinion of a man. Amen?

Amen.

Amen. When one understands God's Truth, he realizes that the Author of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation is God, Himself, working through the Holy Spirit inside mortal men, to bring His Holy Word to us, perfectly. God FIRST tells us the complete HISTORY of His Creation, including future events, in the first 34 verses of Genesis. From Gen 2:4 through Rev 22, God has hidden the details of those 7 Days and ALL of those verses refer BACK to the original creation story of the 7 Days from Gen 1:1 to Gen 2:3.

It's no mystery since anyone can read the History of the first 6 Days/Ages of God's Creation of the perfect Heaven in Genesis Chapter One. The first 3 verses of Genesis two speak of a future 7th Day, which has no evening, no end when God rests (Ceases) ALL of His Creating since His perfect Heaven is FINISHED (Heb-brought to perfection) and filled with it's "host" which includes ALL Christians.

Gen 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and ALL the host of them.

The perfect God would NOT be perfect IF He rested (ceased creating) before His perfect Heaven was brought to perfection and filled with ALL of its host. The LAST sinner to be created a new creature in Christ is STILL future to 2016, since we live today on the Day of Salvation, the last Day/Age, the 6th Day, at Gen 1:27 because God is STILL creating TODAY. Amen?

Okay; so where do we fit, in the complete HISTORY of His Creation?

We live today at Genesis 1:27 for God is STILL creating Adam (Heb-mankind) in His Image, which is in Christ Spiritually. Genesis 1:28-31, at the end of the present 6th Day/Age, is Prophecy of events which will happen AFTER Jesus returns to this Earth. IOW, the end of the present 6th Day/Age is FUTURE to 2016. God's rest from ALL of His work comes AFTER the current 6th Age is over.

Christians have been telling this lost world that in 6 Days, God makes a perfect Heaven and then He rests from ALL of His work as Gen 2:2-3 teaches.

Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from ALL His work which He had made. Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from ALL His work which God created and made.

God's rest or His ceasing from ALL of His creating, is FUTURE just as the 7th Day is future. If you don't agree, then TRY to explain WHY He rested for 24 hours, 6k years ago, but hasn't rested since. God rests (ceases to create) when His Creation is finished, which in Hebrew, means "brought to perfection". God's work of filling Heaven with Christians continues at the end of the present 6th Day.
