Please be advised that I only speak from the King James Version of the Bible.Ok. Then what did the Bible teach you about the Beast of Daniel and Revelation. I know what the Spirit of God revealed to me about how it works in the mind of men and why but I want to know what the Bible tells you about it.
I'm sorry but the Beast of Daniel was not an issue in my study of the days of the Creation.Ok. Then what did the Bible teach you about the Beast of Daniel and Revelation. This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2 He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. 3 And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth. 4 After he begot Seth, the days of Adam were eight hundred years; and he had sons and daughters. 5 So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.
That, "thousand years," you are talking about; happens to be the fifth day, one day as a thousand years. In 2 Peter 3:8, " beloved," refers to the readers of the KJV Bible.
Don't you think that after Christ returns in Revelation 19:11, would be the best time and place to make the beasts of the field and birds and Adam name them?
Yet the Bible is silent about Adams time in the garden. If you think about it his chronology is numbered from the day he was expelled, before sin and therefore death had a grip upon him days had no meaning. There was no reason to know when to plant or to sow, all was provided. No reason to count the days until ones passing. You have a very insightful and interesting view point.
I am just going by what is written not adding my own eisegesis into the text. I have to go by faith what is written is truth. I guess we can ask Him in the end. I really like the post you posted next about the complexity of the word of God. Although it is extremely complex because it is spiritual it is also very simple. It was written so the most simple of all men who came to hear the Torah read during Shavuot would be able to comprehend and obey it. That is our loving Father creating the entire universe with something so simple and easy to understand.
Very thoughtful and interesting. You are right we are not sure if his life was not counted in before the fall I guess someday we will be able to askYet the Bible is silent about Adams time in the garden. And still without observing death it could never be truly comprehended. My God would not punish Adam with death if Adam could not comprehend the punishment for disobedience. So I personally have no choice but to believe Adam spent an untold number of years in the garden naming the animals and watching them mate, live out their lives and die. Watching them mate and produce offspring is what brought him to the realization there was no mate for him. On purpose so when one was created for him he would cherish her. And he did, choosing to fall with her instead of trusting God to give him another helper. Adam showed his lack of faith.
The first day was made in another dispensation, in which time is not relevant to this Universe. How long is a Day in your view?

Amen...however, Noah's age was 600 at the flood and he lived 300 more years on the present Earth. The author of Scripture, the Holy Spirit shows no difference between the years in the different "dispensations".
*** The same thing with the second day and third day.
***Today, the fourth day, will last until Christ returns.
The fifth day will last a thousand years.
Unscriptural since Gen 1:24 shows that the first act on Day 6 was for God (Trinity) to command that life also be made from the ground.
Gen 1:24 ¶ And God (Elohim/Trinity) said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after His (Jesus) kind
You left out Jesus. Do you know the difference between God and Jesus?
No, actually; God is still making the stars, which are only made on the fourth day, Genesis 1:16. Therefore, today is the fourth day. Amen?*** The sixth day will be one day, a thousand years long and the seventh day will be everlasting.
We live today at Gen 1:27 since God is STILL creating Adam (mankind) in His Image which is Spiritually in Christ. Gen 1:28-31 is Prophecy of events which happen AFTER Jesus returns at Armageddon. Amen?

Each day was a day--24 hour day--it was based on the revolution of the earth, not the sun. Each day was not eons and eons.
I believe the sixth day will be one day, a thousand years long. 2 Peter 3:8.UnScriptural since the Hebrew word for "Day" is Yowm and means ANY period of time. It is used in Scripture as 12 hours, 24 hours, a lifetime and Forever.
Since the present 6th Day began when Adam named the creatures Jesus made from the dust of the ground, Gen 2:19 and the present 6th Day will NOT end until Jesus rules and reigns on this planet for a thousand years, with VEGETARIANS, Gen 1:30 tell us your view on How long the present 6th Day/Age will last. Hint: It's more than 24 hours. God Bless you

How could he understand what death was without ever having observed it?
What about 2 Peter 3:8. Well, at least we can be sure that each day is not based on the revolution of the earth. Amen? Each day was a day--24 hour day--it was based on the revolution of the earth, not the sun. Each day was not eons and eons.

Animals on the other hand were no created with the potential to live forever. For the souls of animals were not created in God's image. As we can see with many animals, they live for relatively few years compared to men. Its very possible that Adam simply witnessed to animals dying a natural death. The Lord then told him about dying.
