I went to Ohio last weekend to go to a wedding and visit my step dad's family. The first one is of me, my daughter, my sister, brother, step dad, his mom and his sister. The second one is Emily at the reception. She couldn't wait to get on that dance floor And the third is Emily pointing at all the tall buildings in Cincinnati. She's never seen a real city before since we live out in the country.

Okay here is a little sneak peek at the mess I did with my hair. I'm planning to fix it this weekend if I get the time. I have more pictures that I'll post later... for now this is all I have from my phone.

The color was supposed to be blue, but as yuo can see it is clearly green. I will not rest until I get it right.

Haha, yeah... that's the result of not knowing how to dye my hair. The color didn't stick, the bleaching on the other side was uneven, and it was just the funniest thing I ever did to my hair. I don't see the red in it though . And thanks... those are my natural waves.

The dresses are made out of balloons! She created 4 of them - insanely beautiful and no poppage!

I'm not sure I want to know HOW you fit a balloon dress on someone's body lol. I hope they had some emergency cover-up underneath there


OK I'm still struggling with my hair, and what to do with it. I'm really sick of it. Yes, it's beautiful and thick and all that mess. I know it LOOKS great, but it's just pain in my butt and I'm tired of it. But I'm scared to cut it...regretting a hair cut is a horrible feeling, cause then you know you have YEARS to get it back if you regret it! Anyway, I'm so sick of ponytails (the only thing I can do with this monster on my head), what's the point of having long, wavy hair if it's in a ponytail 24/7? I even wear it in a ponytail at night cause it gets all over my face and stuff when I sleep. So I tried something new - pigtails! I've never done it before, and if it looks ridiculous, oh well lol. It feels REALLY weird, like I have 1 lb weights dangling from my head.

Tonight I played the Theremin for the first time in my life. Wow, I was simply mesmerized by this instrument.

OK I had to look up "theremin" cause I've never heard of it. WEIRD! Slightly creepy lol. I listened to an online clip of someone playing one, and it sounded like a man going "Oooo"...which made it even more strange!
