Hmm, well now that you request one... Here we go. My hairstyle & clothing is really the kind that I spare for the park kinda setting that one is, mind you. And yes, the book in my hand is the Bible, I think I was reading out a passage from the Apostles.

I'm feeling really crummy about myself.

(this is a rare time where I'll admit I'm fishing for compliments. Seeing as how I've been doing well and this is the first time in two weeks I've doubted my appearance, the first one is the big one.)

Okay so I got my hair cut yesterday

well thats just not true since body builders are much lower, i know a guy who worked the circuit and did body building almost as a religion for a while, he was down to 5 percent ... its a percentage of body lipids, not muscle tissue.

I think you're missing the point. To get down to single digit body fat, you're going to have to do lots of conditioning, and very strict dieting. Couple this with a strength training program, and you're going to become overtrained very quickly. Since the body is going to go into survival mode and keep what little body fat is left, its going to consume muscle for energy. Besides, bodybuilders dont have their body fat that low year round.

Josh and I went to Longwood Gardens in PA today - one of my favorite places in the whole world! Basically an estate and gardens built by the DuPont's. The place is massive, beautiful, and just plain amazing. You can wander around for hours and not see half of what there is to see.

ok. some more camp pictures.

no big deal...

our theme was "medieval adventures" or something. but our skit was all about the armor of God. this was percival, the main character of the skit.

elias came to camp. he accidentally wrote "i love lim" instead of "i love jim"

the younger girl unit flag.

no big deal, just unofficial superhero day.

on the last day of camp, i turned mitchell into a walking advertisement for the craft house. we made superhero masks (his is DINOMAN) necklaces and wall art.

me and mariah, one of my favorite campers from the summer.

me and rhoda. i am sporting the new shade of pink camp arnold hoodie. i LOVE IT.

we all went to the ranch of one of the families that works at camp. it was such a beautiful night.

my camp fam. from the bottom up the left side and back: claire, katie, rhoda, graham, tucker, emily, taylor, papa caleb and mama stephanie.

the cabin i'm staying in now. so funny. this counselor (grant) got fired in 2005... but apparently he graffiti'd his bunk before he got fired. haha. someone made that note. love it.

last week a few of us ran vbs at a nearby salvation army church. we found some crazy things to put on our heads. i wore mine during the skit

day #1 memory verse. i wrote it.

the craft house. my summer office

bram visited camp when elias left. he threw that hot dog up ten minutes later.

aaron came to visit and we had a picnic on the dock.

oh. i also bought this Jesus candle.

i wrote "reward stephanie" someone else wrote "with a bag of poop" so i made a line that made it "with a bag of justin bieber's poop" then someone made it "with justin bieber"... it was all downhill from there.

this is my boss. he didn't know i was watching.

oh you know. i painted that. haha.

the night knight. defeated by the good night. don't ask.

it was crazy hair night.

aaron painted that for me.

why we love our brother. emily and i dumped our garbage on him. he glared, but threw it away.

we got a flat tire on our way to vbs. some people tried to fix it. i walked to 7-11, got coffee, sat down on the curb and read

part of the wall of my room.

me and my niece, echo. she got fixed the next day, so last night she and i ate some frosted mini wheats together. i love her a lot. and i am her auntie stephanie!

Pretty flowers...no idea what they are, though

I know what these two are!! The yellow one is a "trumpet flower" and the bottom one is fuchsia. It's one of my favorite type of potted flowers. They mainly are purple and pink, some are white and pink.
