The Unsaved Ready on Tribulation Earth
Rev 14:15 And another (1st righteous) angel came out of the (heavenly) temple (Rev 11:19, 15:8), crying with a loud voice (authoritative participation) to him (Jesus) that sat on the cloud (throne Rev 14:14), Thrust (begin) in your sickle, and reap (destroy Rev 19:15): for the (prepared) time is come (arrived) for you to reap; for the harvest (unsaved) of the (tribulation) earth is ripe (ready).

Note: He also having a sharp sickle identifies a parallel explaining the authority of the 4th Seraphim who possess the 2nd Division of the Armageddon Battle Plan (Joel 3:11).
Rev 14:18 another angel (Gabriel) came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him (Jesus) that had the sharp sickle (Fourth Seraphim), saying, Thrust in your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters (soldiers) of the vine (armies) of the earth; for her grapes (soldiers) are fully ripe.
