No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No, he’s not a board “member,” but as OP’s article points out, he is a board member “observer,” which is a person who participates in board meetings, but doesn’t get to vote. So it’s not like he’s uninvolved with the company.

What does being the heir to a luxury real estate developer do to make one worthy of (sort of) sitting on the board of a chinese fintech firm? I mean, aside from the fact that he’s a 42yo nepobaby and they cater to the crypto market, which go together like peas and carrots.

I suppose most people are unaware of the legal aspects of slander and have no legal experience in slander lawsuits. I've worked with a top-notch attorney who specialized in slander in regard to dealing with slander against me and others, quite successfully.

Then you know that defamation cases are very difficult to prove when it involves public figures. Even leaving aside actual malice, what damages were there from her statement that he was on the board of a company?
